The only problem I have is when dumbshits go run and hide behind a gun so that they can instantly kill someone the second they pick it up... the rule should be like it always has been and the person picking it up should be given time to drop it... instead of "any T that has a gun can be killed without warning" as you so put it...

IMHO this one is better than the other.... you cant really spam for it like you can with voice chat... My understanding is that it also has features like making the warden's chat color different and/or putting "warden" before their name.

So... I went to the mall to visit some stuff... I pull into a space next to someone I thought was leaving... turns out she just got there... she opens her door and hits it against my passenger side door... she doesnt even say anything to me... and just walks off.... so im like wow... what a bitch... and as I try to get out I realize I am too close to the car next to me to get out... so I back up and center in my parking lane more... so that I can get out...I take a picture of the two cars and include her license plate in case there was any dmg to my car. I go do my shopping come back to see her standing there on the passenger side of her car... she walks up to me and asks "is that your Tiburon?" I say yes... she says "That is just rediculous I couldn't even get into my car..." I said... well you parked over the lines and I had to move over so i could get out on my side... she says "I took up two spots... I didnt think anyone was going to park there.... and you are an EMT that is supposed to be an honorable job!" she walks off and yells back at me "BTW MY BROTHER IS A COP!" and I had to stop myself from yelling back: "Well maybe you should have him teach you how to park!" and just laughed instead and waited for her to crawl through her passenger side and leave.... then I got in my car and left... Why does it matter that he is a CSS admin and not CS:GO? if he shouldn't be using powers in CS:GO someone should make it so CSS admins have power in only CSS Otherwise... my point was... he is an admin.... for jailbreak..... he is wiser and far more experienced with the rules than Line is... and thus he knows what he is talking about.... the rules are the same for both servers.... so CSS vs CSGO means absolutly nothing.... it just shows how the CS:GO admins are so fucked up in enforcing things... ever since i started playing here everyone always said "take a step out...." until recently some asshole decided that in order to improve their kills and kill a bunch of people they were going to just say guncheck freeze... CS:GO has become less about having fun and more about symantics. Also... Line has had half a dozen reports on him by half a dozen DIFFERENT PEOPLE..... maybe that says something about him...

Forgive me if I'm insanely wrong about this but.. in the admin/mod ranking system thread.... it says that a paid admin can be overruled by 2 Mods.... wouldn't that mean that an Admin can overrule a single paid mod...? and thus the paid mod should not be arguing with the admin about the rule that the admin is stating... or else that person can be gagged/muted, like how Line gags me all the time when I argue a rule with him when he is wrong...?

Tells you a lot about the admins for CS:GO... a lot of them don't that thing called "Common Sense"

There is that rule but Line and Nova say that the "new" rule that pandas cannot carry guns means that if a panda picks up a gun they are instantly rebel.... That is why Line killed me when I was chasing him as a panda and he hid behind a gun which i then picked up and he killed me for... I agree that there is no reason the original rule shouldn't still apply... if panda picks up a gun they should have to be told to drop it. but when you wanna be a jackass and kill someone you don't like, why not just do like line does LOL... it's not like you would get in trouble for it anyways...

You must compile against the latest SourceMod build for CS:GO. This means you have to download the latest SourceMod build, unzip it, copy the JailbreakTeamBalance.sp to the scripting directory, compile it, and put the compiled\JailbreakTeamBalance.smx on the server. I just want to say... that this type of thing isn't limited to just Chrono... tho sicne he is the DL he has the ability to "have more say" or w/e.... Lot's of admins, DM/DL, Mods all are very inconsistant on the rules.... the Alpha "armory" is an example... other examples include: "what is disrespect"... one admin will warn you for comments like "stupid/retard" other admins dont give a shit... "Is that a vent" ... some admins tell me a certain thing... like the Tower secret room on Summer.... is NOT a vent.... other admins say it is and slay without hesitation. "Is that cheating".... an admin and I discussed "knifing your gun during gun toss while it's in the air" and came up with that it is NOT cheating and that cheating was something that gives one player an advantage over another.... other admins say it's cheating and one of them gagged me when he asked if i cheated and I explained what the other admin had told me.... I can go on and on.... but the point is... you guys should stop making random changes to the rules... and doing it without telling anyone and expecting everyone to know the new rules... admins SHOULD NOT enforce things that ARE NOT rules or enforce things that they are told are rules via heresay... doing so leads to many rules that come to be that arent actually rules and then start being enforced... like how the "freenading" rule did.... I also suggest that there be a better "order of punishments"... people should not be slayed for minor mistakes they make because they do not have the billions of rules and "clarifications" memorized.... Admins should assist players in learning the rules by explaining what they did wrong and such... This is a video game... the purpose is to have fun.

Why not move the member apps into each of the divisions... like how they each have discussions and announcements... seems like a simple solution and it would make it more obvious

He was freeshooting people nearly every round, I only captured the one because it was ME... he was doing it at the start of every round so obviously im not going to be able to see him doing it all the time... and BS, people ALWAYS get slayed for even accidental freeshots... How does the argument of "that is just how he is" make it right? The way I call people like line stupid is just the way I am.... but I still get disciplined for it.
