Being strict isn't being abusive, on a server like jb where there are many rule breakers, strict simply means that he is doing his job. Until you have proof this thread means nothing, so stop replying to posts and start gathering proof. @SpeedOfFreedom You are still fairly new to being a mod, so maybe this thread could give some pointers. If the points in the thread are true, though there is no proof so we don't know if they are, then there are a few things you could do to become a better mod. Yes,being strict strict is good for a mod, but try not to take being strict over the line and become an unlikable prick. If the part about not following your own rules is actually true, then I don't think that I have to say it but you should always punish people equally, even yourself and close friends.

Bumping is simply to move your thread to the top of the member submissions section. You don't need to do it any more than once every 3 days or so. If you feel that you will never be accepted and that no one knows who you are then try going on teamspeak or some of the other xG Tf2 servers.

I feel like a kick first offence is a bit much. Shouldn't it be punished similarly to spamming? Gag/kick/silence depending on what they were begging through, unsilenced after the staff member feels it has been long enough and a kick if they continue. If they come back you can start banning.
