+1 One of the my most favorite people to play with on CSS. Always on TeamSpeak and always tells the admins when someone is Camping/Afk during LCT ,ETC. Would make a fantastic mod. (Apparently he was a former mod)

First of all killing 3ts is known as a Mass Freekill/MFK for short and that results in a permaban from ct. Second you have to give details. Such as how it happened, tag anyone who were in the game with you. Also from what I have seen while playing jailbreak with you is that you are still a little shaky on the MOTD. So I will stay at a -1 for now

So um yeah. This person got permed from ct for a year. Unlike most people he didn't complain/ beg to be unbanned. He just recently got unbanned. This person waited for almost an entire year just to learn MOTD and only than did they ask for an unban. A 8 M 9 D +1

I barely see you on... However the times I am in a game with you. You seem quite mature and from what ive seen knows the MOTD. Based on the judgement of others it seems you are a fun person to play with. A:6.5 M:7 D:+1

I will +1 for now, However there is still a chance i will -1, This is due to the mic spam of "oya" a few days ago, So just dont fuck up A:7.5 M:6 D:+1 (For Now)

Pros and Cons of this idea PROS: -Can limit the amount of mass free killers, Eg: Many people who come onto the server to mass free kill due it in the first few minutes or so and than they leave, They probably won't stick around for an hour just to MFK -Can help people learn MOTD. Most people who join and go guard immediately more often then not they will end up unintentionally freekilling because they didn't read motd. I mean I learned MOTD just sticking on T for a few days. CONS: -They probably won't learn the entire motd just from the hour ban. -Depending on how the hour is judged they will just leave and come back after the hour is over and/or if it is total playing time they could just go AFK and wait it out. -Chances that they would still mass
