If it's personal reasons that he has to leave the clan, obviously they are serious. You can't tell him to just be inactive without knowing the severity of the problems + some people take school really seriously on top of all that. I mean unless you are going to another clan I dont see the point in leaving the clan. He might wanna hop on every once in a while and he spent money to get admin which he didnt have for very long. Being in the clan doesn't mean you need to be on all the time. There are still people in the clan that rarely get on the servers because they didnt leave they just went severly inactive. I see your point of it, I'm just saying that some people (I myself would agree with him) that if I wasn't going to be active for the next 8+ months due to school, and if I by chance also had a RL problem, I would think leaving a gaming community would help me stay focused rather then know as a staff (even though paid staff don't get demoted) have some duties for the servers to uphold.

I agree that DM's should do a little more but obviously with the permissions that they are allowed to have in this community, I highly doubt most of them will be managing in a quality way any time soon.

Honestly, since you pay for everything, you have the right to ban anyone you want for any reason but I will tell the community what happened since you have no regards on how you reflect this community as a leader. I got permed from Forums yesterday because I decided to criticize by using sarcasm on Silence's choice of making the forums look like it's an MLP fan group. Obviously other then the 5% of Bronies and 10% of furries in the clan, they didn't like the change either thus why the comments in the 2 thread discussions were the way that they were. He didn't like that and instantly insults by stating I (and others) have mental disabilities. Brian and JayBreeze being banned a few months back for making mental disability remarks to Silence due to his brother having Autism so it was kind of understood, but when I asked him that to my recent knowledge of insults directed towards silence couldn't be about any mental disabilities since they were taboo, why he was acting so immature (it's worded differently in the thread, I was using sarcasm again due to his reponse) to which he permed me with the reason "waste of life" or something like that. His last response on the forums to me is basically what my ban reason was on the forums. Anyways, Silence being the person that he is isn't new. So I go on TF2 Pokemon server today, considering I haven't played TF2 in a while, and the Pokemon server was always fun for me and my friends, I got in and saw Brian there. I used voice chat to talk to him a few times but I don't think he heard me. Then I saw silence on my team as well, to which I typed in admin chat "Is it a perm" . He replied "Yes you waste of shit" to which I didn't retaliate, just stated how it might have been better this way since I always felt the need to post as a "higher voice" cuz I always get mad at some of the idiot posts on xG. Either way, he doesn't reply to that. I ask him about Warrior's demotion regarding CS:S, about Hub's release date, and then when I saw him just spamming GodMode with Infinite weapon mode on the server instead of messaging me back like a civil person, I asked him if he could just respond to me and stop being immature for 10 seconds. He then perms me from all servers with the reason "Immature for 10 seconds my ass" I was still playing the damn game... so I go onto xG Teamspeak and tell him to fuck off, cuz he always bans me for no reason, to which he then perms me from xG Teamspeak with the reason "Playing outdated shit" ... what? You all know my history with xG, the reason why I don't rejoin and never felt the need to was solely cuz of Silence/Rhododendron. It's ridiculous how a 19 year old who payed for a community by himself basically for about 4 years can be such a twit and make himself and the entire community look bad singlehandedly. He is the reason why xG ever got targeted from other communities, why HG banned all of xG before I got us unbanned, and why other higher up leaders and dedicated members decided to leave. I just wish to be unbanned from TS and Servers, I don't care about forums, as no matter what I post as a positive way to help this community, it should be something an actual higher up should say instead of me, so they can learn to mention problems and deal with it themselves instead of an ex co-leader.
