    This didn't mean any disrespect to the recently promoted staff members in the slightest. You guys are good staff members, I'm not against you guys getting promoted, I just think it's better if we can have a few more staff members that walk around on most of the servers, take @Thunder for example. He plays TGH, Pokemon, Deathrun, Jailbreak when it's got people on. This is not because I wanted admin, I don't care unless I can help around the server. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JxO3FWv4X2E

    But thunder is already staff, that being said feel free to make recommendations though.

    So again, it's really ignorant of you to just assume it's nothing but TGH. Also if you feel there are players who need to be promoted, talk to the DMs and give a major recommendation and said DMs will take a look at your candidate.

    This. @Tatost You have us all on Steam, yet you see the need to make a post on the forums. What's your intention? Is it the few positive ratings you get? Do you want to make the newly promoted staff feel like shit?

    What even is this l0l, some of our staff appears to complain because they also wanna suggest people for Promo/Demo, then thanks to @Aegean we take actual nominations for once and you guys are still unhappy. :emoji_thumbsdown:

    Tatost deserves Admin.

     

    Kypari and Vexx both deserve DM so no problem with that.

     

    But Tatost should've gotten it before Vector; nothing against them but Tatost does deserve it more than anyone in the current Moderator pool.

    Actually, no i don't have secret insider information, @Bello but thanks for confirming that they have been given multiple warnings in the past. So if they have infact received warnings before why are they again receiving another warning?

    Any member who might have gotten demoted this week, will get a warning instead if it's due to their activity. We want to encourage members to improve their activity, before straight up demoting them for it anymore.

    Also why is everyone getting angry about this post, should we just demote staff without giving them a chance to improve themselves lol.

    Well for anyone expecting a statement, I'll just post this:

     

    The TF2 division has more active staff at the frontlines than Egossi..or..Blank? What have they done to contribute?

    There's so much they did, here's just some examples:

    @Egossi: General Update Thread got jailbreak like completely fixed

    @Blank: helped me find new gamemodes for servers, populates dead servers etc etc etc, i do agree that egossi's current activity is questionable, but there is really nothing wrong with blank.

    I know it isn't my place to debate staff, but I don't see either of these "Division Managers" taking a proactive stance on server activity.

    Blank has more than 32 hours on tf2 in the past two weeks, how do you not see him taking a proactive stance on server activity.

    Why were they promoted?

    Because either of them have been around for so long, helped to get things fixed and are active on the forums, ts and the servers. (Maybe not Egossi currently, but I'm more than sure that he is gonna fix his activity soon.)

    How are they fit to be division managers over other potential options?

    Because both of them fit the most. Who else did you expect to see on the list? The guy you started a riot against?

    Was it for merit?

    Yes, mostly.

    Was it for their tenure as a Xenogamers member?

    Not really, because they fit the most right now, I've already talked to Vexx about it and he even said he'd be fine with not getting it, so chill out.

    Why did they earn the position?

    Well, they literally earned it for being good admins.

    No offense to Bello or Egossi but what? He's not even active on the servers so why does he deserve staff?

    Congrats though.

    Yes? He is? He's definitely not the most active person, but he is active enough. And he's good at using common sense and dealing with community issues. I'm in school I'll respond with an elaborate reply Later.

    Anyways, @Aegean. Let's hope the invitation system isn't gonna get abused. Can anyone use it or only people who already do have the member status? Additionally I'd like to ask whether we could make raffles for members only because you could also just create a few alt accounts and increase your chances.
