I recently had a confrontation with a few staff members about topless men vs topless women. I was met with hostility when trying to justify why topless women sprays (non-sexually suggestive) should be allowed on xG (IE 2 women standing harmlessly on a topless beach). I personally thought it was a bit sexist for topless men be allowed and topless women to be banned. In that situation, I accepted the decision of the staff members and eventually dropped the conversation. I only bring this up again because you are right. PG-13 movies have brief nudity (non-sexually suggestive topless men and topless women).

And that was the fundamental disagreement between Vexx, other staff members, other users, and myself. You believe the anime image is fine, but there are plenty of other users who would be disgusted to see it on a 13+ server. It shows the outline of female genitalia.

So if user warn a staff member about something they think is wrong, its called a threat, but if a staff member warns a user about something they think is wrong, it's call a warning. That is called a double standard and staff members should follow the same rules as users. The spray that Vexx was allowing violates the rules, period. Vexx was in the wrong by allowing it and I was warning him that I would take action, just as he was warning me that I would be kicked. Technically we were with in the wrong and we both apologized for our actions. And yes, you do have the right to post whatever you want on this public forums, that's fine. I was calling you by your IGN and I never said you didn't have the right to post your opinion. I inconspicuously accused of throwing fuel on the flame of this discussion.

I already apologized to him for being disrespectful. By the logic of the latter, then staff members shouldn't threaten to kick people. If a staff member is going to kick somebody, they should just go ahead and kick them... right? This has nothing to do with you Tom, but if you are going to bring it up, fine. To paraphrase, I told Vexx if he's going to continue to allow "notmyspray.jpg", I will continue to use my spray and that I would get "reporty" on the forums if I got kicked for using it. I even told Vexx before hand why I thought notmyspray.jpg was inappropriate and while he somewhat agreed, his consultants said notmyspray.jpg was still allowed, and mine wasn't. To paraphrase, he said "you are going to report me even after I talked with other mods?" I straight up told him yes, and to "try me". I gave Vexx a stern warning that if I got kicked for using my spray, I would take action. I did everything I could to stop this report by discussing my issue first, but I was clearly being mobbed by multiple bias opinions.

Ok, if there's going to be talk of an actual punishment, I have to make another statement. To be fair, Vexx technically had the right to kick me. As he stated, I ignored his warning and sprayed it anyway. I ignored him because I thought his decision was bias towards me, but that doesn't give me the right to ignore a staff member. Vexx apologized, and I will also apologize for ignoring a staff member. I'm Sorry for spraying my inappropriate spray and ignoring your warnings Vexx <3. In response to ShadowSpy saying, "If i joined a server and saw two ponies wearing panties and spreading there legs, I wouldn't wanna see that shit.", I'm sure that there are plenty homosexual males and straight females that wouldn't want to see a female character suggestively bent over, showing her camel toe. I personally think the statue of David (Michelangelo) is an absolutely disgusting piece of art, but I respect others opinions for branding it as art.

Division: Team Fortress 2 Staff Name: [xG:M]Vexx Staff's Steam ID: U:1:66145478 Evidence: I did not take screenshots, but I was kicked from "[xG] Trade Gaming History" for my spray. Vexx warned me not to use the attached image named "myspray.jpg". I asked him why and to paraphrases, he said it was sexual and therefore inappropriate. I then showed him the attached image named "notmyspray.jpg" and to paraphrase, he said it was fine to spray on the server (in fact a well known member on the server sprays "notmyspray.jpg" all the time and Vexx allows it). Vexx and I have a bit of bad history and I believe that he is intentionally abusing me. "notmyspray.jpg" is clearly not appropriate by his own standards because of the seducing nature of the spray and the clear outline of a vagina (camel toe). While "myspray.jpg" seducing in nature, there are no vagina outlines nor nipples (nudity). As further proof of his abuse towards me, I told him that I would remove the panties from "myspray.jpg" and to paraphrase, he told me that it would still be inappropriate. Everything I have said can be verified by Vexx. I simply want his double standard toward me to end.

There are no titles in my inventory. As explained in previous posts, the broken Hub took 5,000 credits without conformation and did not reward me with the title.

Excellent, if the hub system is up and running, may I have the "Assassin" title or 5,000 credits to buy the "Assassin" title please? I just checked both my /credits and /inventory and it seems that the broken hub system took the 5,000 credits without rewarding me with the "Assassin" title. On a side note, the gifting feature is broke. One can drop credits on the floor however, if someone were to give credits directly to a person, it will not work. I was in the server with xG | April and gifted her 190 credits. When she accepted, the credits did not go to her inventory and it took 190 credits out of my inventory. Basically, the Hub system took the credits out of my inventory and did not reward them to April (even though she accepted). I also tested the gift system with a title (Lady [250 Credits]) and once again, the Hub system took the title out of my inventory and did not give the title to April. For science, I wasted another 440 credits :D

[xG] Surf (192.223.26.26:27015) That was a typo. Jurfing is actually a thing in on jump servers that means jump + surf. Youtube "jump_jurf", it's a fun map :D

Hello, I know that that the HUB system is not working but I wasn't aware of that when I purchased an "Assassin" title on the jurf server (192.223.26.26:27015) with 5,000 credits. It took my credits without confirmation and the title does not show in my inventory. While I understand that this issue may not be resolved until the HUB system is fixed, I wanted to post this for archive.
