VIP 1st cell Vent/teleporter disabled again?

Pretty much in theTitle, the 3rd cell armory teleporter and 1st cell vent are disabled again, unless its like a map glitch is there any way for someone to enable them (Or atleast the 1st cell vent, since i know the 3rd cell can get annoying when a T is in armory 2 seconds after round start)?

VIP has 2 guns cells, 4 nades cells. Hiding spots in every cell, a VIP that allows Ts to get to armory or other places in the map before CTs even LEAVE armory, a deagle by vip. Only things removed was armory teleport and vent cell. It's not that big of a deal.

So they fixed "easy rebelling" on VIP but not on Carceris? lol

What on carceris needs to be removed/fixed/yolo'd?

The one knife vent, the ability for cts to EASILY camp that vent, and the disco teleporter. Since, you know, getting into disco lets you easily get into pacman room, where you can just hide among vents until you get to armory. Its really easy.

I dont want them removed, but maybe make rebelling a little harder, this is WAY too easy.

I dont know how people manage to kill the people so easily who are trying to obey orders, but somehow fail to kill those that are running 50 feet away and they somehow get away. It amazes me.

And honestly, ill admit im a better rebeller than i am a CT. but i think a better CT than alot of other people, although thats not saying much.
