Why:

mia_maximum - Has 2 games, pool, and soccer.Pool is like 3 ft wide, soccer is also really small. Cells are in the same area(really close) to armory, and armory has NO door, just an open square entrance, and there is no way to guard the entrance without armory camping.

mia_darkcells- has basketball, and pool. Thats it, other than a theatre which does nothing as far as I saw, just a small room with chairs.

I say remove ba_jail_bunker_v5 as well. Its never played on so everyone is confused as hell to do whatever , always rtved the moment its there,

sand and bunker are good maps to play when there aren't any overplayed ones to play, dont remove them, they're both good anyway. but yeah, these 2 are bad.

First was already removed, other one is now. Is @@Rhododendron changing the maplist/mapcycle? I didn't remove the other one before. Either way, resolved since they're removed.
