I would like to become a member of xG. I have been banned once for abusing votekick but that is all. I will have a mic soon so i can use teamspeak. I play on all the xG servers on tf2 and they are (without exageration) the only servers I play on. I know most of the TF2 staff for Xeno Gamers and know the rules.
