I hope that you can do something about this, it was quite a bother dealing with a targeting freekiller for ages. I know this isn't the norm, I just feel he took it upon himself to do this at a time when no one was on so the victims really just had to deal with it. If you feel a more suitable punishment is in order, that's your discretion.
