Abuse Reason: I was recording game play monitoring like usualy so we can find things to work on and fix, and saw ghost's spray was one that showed pornographic image

( A man having sex with a goat. which is bestiality ). I informed drifter and asked him if he could remove it and he refused. As well as

threatened to kick me for disrespect. When all I said was do you job even tho i might sounded like a **** head saying it( not my intent tho). He got offended and said he dc who I was he would disrespect me, if he wanted. He does not seem to know any rules for anything outside of freekilling. his answer is always IDK he never actually abused his position, he was just a lil disrespectful and refused to act on a spray that should have been removed instantly no question

 

**This post does not mean he will be kicked from the community, It allows the people over him to see what he is doing, and address the situation. And Handle it in the manner they think is best. We need a forum area to report players for mistakes. To prevent people from thinking every post is a request to be cut off from the community.

It was a man having sex with a goat, but it was a painting. Not an actual man or goat. I'm sure you've seen paintings that were pornographic too MajorB. There's alot of them out there. And You were also disrespecting him too. I don't know if you got that on footage or not, but you were.

Well could you provide a picture of the spray? Clearly for legit reasons, I don't want to see a man having sex with a goat. Michael (High Plains) told me it contained no actual nudity. If it was just a man standing behind a goat naked, i'm sure that's allowed if it doesn't show any penis/booty. Why wouldn't it be?

 

About the disrespect, that is a tricky call. You have been a mod, you know what it is like when someone questions your judgement/control. It is REALLY aggravating and I want to permanently ban anyone who does. Do I? No. Did he? No. If he was the least bit disrespectful, then i'd say let it slide. If he was FULLY disrespectful then we should look into this and slap him on the wrist. This incident DOES NOT bring forth a kick out of the clan. That is ridiculous... If anything, this is his first offence of doing ANYTHING wrong, lol.

 

EDIT: edited after he added the screenshots, that spray is perfectly fine. I think I might just buy a bigger version and hang it in my room... Great art, and not porn at all.

Brah, you need to include the full story. Telling half-truths is the same as lying. You said that you were a mod, and that I couldn't disrespect you. I said you weren't a mod (on probation=not mod) and that I can disrespect you as I like. Not the most mature argument, I admit, but still. Actually, I should clear that up: I insulted you because you insulted me. ("Do your job" "You don't know the rules" etc)Anyway, all other mods agreed that it was not a porn spray. It is a painting (an actual painting, as in "art"), and it shows no actual nudity. Maybe it was moderately inappropriate, but it was not pornography. And I do know the rules; I take care of porn sprays pretty often.

I also will accept your apology you sent me in IM, Plains i just want the server to not have mods worry if people like them. They focus on building the xG community and learning from mistakes. I do not want you punished but i do not have the authority to say you wont. But I am just trying to do my part by reporting for the xG server the things I see. even though mods said it contained no nudity, they do have to realize that what might not be offensive to them may be to others and that if someone asked them to remove a spray because they saw it as inappropriate, then mods have to do what they can to either remove the spray or ask the person to change their spray

I can obviously see where this goes into play, but it did cause a problem and I do believe that if it is found 'disturbing' to other players it should be removed. However, this was more of an opinionated situation because High Plains did not find it offensive to him (assuming he didn't.).

 

I didn't see any proof of any disrespect as well. Back to the other situation: If I find that if it causes a problem to players, it probably should be removed. This doesn't include little kids who find only partial nudity or something that is perfectly fine to a mature mind a problem. He made a mistake to me it seems like and should be forgiven on this part.

 

If I am missing something here, sorry for any future flaws in this statement.
