My mistake was not in refusing to remove the spray; all mods agreed that it was fine and no players seemed bothered by it. My mistake was the fact that I argued with MajorB. That was immature and irresponsible of me, and I apologized to MajorB privately. I was being disrespectful, and that is not how xG members should conduct themselves.

even though mods said it contained no nudity, they do have to realize that what might not be offensive to them may be to others and that if someone asked them to remove a spray because they saw it as inappropriate, then mods have to do what they can to either remove the spray or ask the person to change their spray

 

Excuse me Serbian I don't like you spray, it offends me. Change it. I understand what you are saying, but honestly it doesn't offend him. I'm going to speak my mind here because this really ticks me off. If it does offend him, he is just complaining and being a ****ing crybaby.

 

I see this more as a "I WILL REPORT EVERYTHING SO IT LOOKS LIKE I AM STILL LOOKING OUT FOR THE CLAN SO I CAN GET MODERATOR BACK"... Look at all of Major's recent threads. Each one complaining about the SMALLEST things. He will do anything to get him noticed so he can get his powers.

I do agree with Herpes here, it's Art.

 

It's commonly known that in the past, many artist would often model sculptures, and paintings of both naked women, and men. I find it unoffensive and idiotic for a person to find it containing any pornographic material. Porn is used in a matter for the general use of sexual arousal meaning, it's objective is to put you in a state of masturbation or putting in "heat."

 

We remove sprays that surpass the PG-13 limit, and this does include violent sprays such as a man in a spray with children dead all around him (don't relate this to infamous Alucard). Our objective as Mods is to enforce the rules and make sure everyone is treated fairly. If we consider that spray offensive, we might as well consider any painting offensive. Should we consider the many historic paintings offensive? How about we grow up, and learn from reality a bit. It's a painting, get over it. Sure, a guy is ****ing a goat, but we can't consider it pornographic, because of their culture views. Everyone is raised differently, and I really don't know why I bother writing this enormous paragraph in which I must defend my friend from getting kicked out.

High Plains is a great mod, i trust his judgement more than i trust major B's judgement seeing how high plains isn't on probation and does a great job as a mod.

I'm not saying he isnt a good mod. Me and him actually apologized to each other, For the situation. The spray was offensive, and asked to be removed and wasn't.

No one ever said he is not a great moderator. I Like him as a moderator i'm just making sure rules are followed. Since I am expected to so

Paintings can have pornographic images in them.

Then do not dare ask anyone to remove a spray, that is a painting with pornographic images, because then you are setting a double standard. Considering this is suppose to be a PG-13 server. and rules state no nudity, It does not say ( hey let's try make a dumb @*$*$ loop hole to the rules and MOTD, even tho it states "NO NUDITY" But we can get away with it cause it is a painting.) . It does not work that way. I can clearly see the guys is not dressed so there for he is nude. Also he appears to be having sex with an animal which is an act of bestiality. Stop trying to go around the rules. You are not in a museum, or art gallery, or someones house where those type of paintings are acceptable. Any spray that is questionable, should automatically be removed as a precaution painting or not .
