It's a free service that allows you to record your gameplay. If you lag too much, simply use the in game recorder, and record over this. It saves in a .avi format, so it's easy to edit, and can be easily posted on to youtube via the post to youtube icon.

 

P.S. Just in case you're too lazy to record demos, or want to post to youtube, this works out better. Use it.

I use Overwolf which comes with a recorder, and allows me to do alot of things in game, you can download it off the TeamSpeak Website. Its useful. but i have multiple recorders. Fraps, and xfire are the more well known ones. Choose one that seems efficient for you.

If you use the demo recorder, it is flawed. You can't record when there is an active smoke, that makes it a major disadvantage.
