Explain why or why not 3. a) State the opposite of the polynomial 3x2-2x- 1 (I can't do powers on my computer, but the 3x2, the 2 is a power.) b) Explain how you determined the opposite c) State the opposite of your answer from part a. d) What do you notice? e) Do you think this is true for all polynomials? Explain If you can help, please do :) Don't give me fake answers also.. ---------- Post added at 02:42 PM ---------- Previous post was at 02:27 PM ---------- LOL, No need for this anymore. Chrono 372 Posted April 12, 2012 @@silence should be able to get this. Try doing my math :3 PLEASE READ THE BOTTOM AS IT ENTAILS A PRIZE. Directions: Show all your work. Indicate clearly the methods you use, because you will be graded on correctness of your methods as well as on the accuracy and completeness of your results and explanations. 1. A large regional real estate company keeps records of home sales for each of its sales agents. Each month, the company publishes the sales volume for each agent. Monthly sales volume is defined as the total sales price of all homes sold by the agent during a month. The figure below displays the cumulative relative frequency plot of the most recent monthly sales volume (in hundreds of thousands of dollars) for these agents. A) in the context of this question, explain what information is conveyed by the circled point. B) What proportion of sales agents achieved monthly sales volumes between $700,000 and $800,00? C) For values between 10 and 11 on the horizontal axis, the cumulative frequency plot is flat. In the context of this question, explain what this means. D) A bonus is to be given to 20 percent of the sales agents. Those who achieved the highest monthly sales volume during the preceding month will receive a bonus. What is the minimum monthly sales volume and agent must have achieved to qualify for the bonus? ON A SIDE NOTE I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND MATH, THEN YOU ARE IN NO LUCK OF SOLVING THIS. THE FIRST PERSON TO ANSWER ALL OF THE PARTS TO THIS QUESTION CORRECTLY WILL RECEIVE A SECRET PRIZE!!! (yes that means i already know the answer... I turned the packet in this morning.) Since @@doublebuttass was asian enough to know this is Statistics (which is why silence should get it, as he is in statistics currently as well) i will reveal to you all that the subject is indeed Statistics. easy 7 Posted April 12, 2012 Idk what "algebra 1 or algebra 2" is. I just go by different units. For Example, Unit 1: Hypotenuse of a right angled triangle (Easy shit, got a 98 that unit) Unit 2: Algebra e.g. 4y-3 = 6y-7+5. Unit 3: Polynomials, Binomials, Monomials, Trinomials. <--- What we're on now.
