Why... I just don't understand this place any more. Is this even xG. Literally nothing in this clan is structured like a clan. There is people always stiring up new problems, talking behind others backs, making rumors, spreading just cancerous things that spew from nothing. I woke up today to see vector message me on steam simply saying "contact me asap somethings wrong" or something along those lines. Basically he told me with screenshot proof or w/e that there is still people gunning for him and myself. I'm not going to speak on vectors behalf. Mainly cause I think he is a dumbass that does not know how to lay low or not get into trouble. But me? me?? I just recently got out of an incident VERY VERY close to my perm ban, I thought i f*cked up for the last time and I would not be seeing xG forums or possibly team speak again, but luckily I was (using this term loosley) "humbled" enough by hiding and a few others to get one last chance. "ONE" key word. Since then I've basically done nothing on the forums, sure i'd make a few remarks towards matsi now and than, but out of good fun and he knows that as well, he's also an adult who knows how to handle things like an adult. Maybe others should learn too. Anyways before i stray to far off topic. WHAT THE HELL DID I DO. Why am i being told that my name is being brought up in admin discussions behind my back, why are these things being brought up about me, I've honestly just been playing csgo 10mans, and sometimes jailbreak, and just hanging out on team speak. IF you guys want to say something to me if any one wants to say something to me or discuss a problem with me don't let a non member / member "vector" whatever the hell you are. Be the one to tell me first. @Hidingmaster @Dethman @any one else that may have a problem with how i've been playing csgo on xG servers and doing nothing since I got my last chance..............

Uhm. Not going to be that guy but. Few things to say. As much as xG is trying to "reform" or "change it's ways" Why did you allow something like what that guy was posting go on for so long in a thread that is most likely delicate to the poster. She is a person that is trying to find new/start new in life and "very recently" decided to start telling people. and we are some of the first people from what it sounds like to know about this. Those comments/Posts should have been deleted immediately when they started conflict. Not asked to be deleted 4 pages later. For people that have no idea what to say, and or feel the need to say anything rude to the recently announced person that has decided for a full life style change. Two options- Be accepting, follow the wishes to call "him" her now. Don't talk about someone behind their back, or start drama in team speak about this. Idk if this person is popular amongst our clan, but I know we all have our cliques, Just don't be rude about this. " not implying any one already is but you know" this is a rather sensative thing and will most likely take time for people to get used to. so try and act like "civilized teenagers" and or adults for the few that are. God damn guys. too much drama is created in a f*cking game clan..... :/

Idk if any of this is relevant to the topic at hand but that's just the response I gave literately did not read one thing in this thread other than the comments on my post Based off of the Tl;Dr responses I got i'll respond accordingly. The reason I'm not permed is just like any other reason really, People feel remorse especially when somebody apologize's in a sincere fashion. I've been in the clan for nearly 5 years, and have told people this is my Internet home away from home (Our team speak we all use) Like I said in my apology thread (the most recent) I was in xG at a much different time when it wasn't all just about following strict rules (that are let lenient by people you become friends with) I've been staff countless times and I know how to talk my way through issues as well all these things help with how i'm not banned, and how some others are not banned that should be permed. (also remember i still have my get out of jail free card the mona pizza challenge) Kappa Secondly on the population issue and why people are not joining and staying in the clan is simple, Nothing is appealing We've tried before with csgo jailbreak and bringing back css jailbreak with the #populate events but nothing stays the same forever, people get bored. and when it came to csgo jailbreak, what made us better than any other jailbreak? nothing. If anything we were just another server that used basic plugins and didn't code/map anything our selves. So if you want to populate the clan more and more take initiative learn coding, or do something productive towards the clan in a recruiting / populating way.

As much as I would like to see a cs:s jailbreak server again for the nostalgic effect, I'd rather not see it and rather see the clan put it toward something that would help it grow. Unfortunately for me I have matured to the point where if I even go into a jailbreak server i want to pull my hair out cause of the 13-16year olds yelling. I'm sure many of you would have the same problem if you have played the old JB

As a internet moderator and a intern with the cyber police, If i found out any of you youngins are getting drunk, doing the "marijuana" as kids like to say. I will have no choice but to take you into Citizens arrest until my boss with the cyber police can come and scoop you up in 3-5months and throw you into juvenile detention for 3months or make you serve community service for 200 hours.
