Most of the ts that manage to escape can hide well enough to wait out the 30 seconds. How would mods and admins enforce the thirty second rule? It's still too easy to rebel. Making it easier would drain the dwindling fun from jailbreak. If a new rule is needed, how about: ct's cannot rebel hunt until the cell doors open.

I played on a server that had a similar feature. If you typed !zblock you would switch from no block/no collision to block/collision and type it again to switch back. This was used mostly for trolling. The only way I see this being used positively is on blackout. The bottom left cell (while facing the cells) has an area where you can get out with the help of a teammate.
