The helicopter buttons have been disabled due to people not obeying the rules regarding usage of the helicopter.

If there's a need, Admins can type !pass and it will relieve the current warden. I fear any other solution would just become way too spammy.. like the rtv system.

I am extremely disappointed that you had knowledge of this bug since 2011 and I just heard about it tonight. This was classified as a bug as this was not the intended operation and it's such an easy vector for abuse. As of the time of your posting, this bug had already been patched.

Ok, the following people are permanently banned for mass-tazing, free-shooting, general trolling, free-nading, and fondling goats: Silence Starbuck MineCrack I just find it funny that there's an abuse thread on MineCrack when silence and I were doing it the round before and people were even spamming "aboooose" This was, however, a serious test of a glitch in the taser system where a user could mischievously use a grenade to tase an entire area. This glitch was patched thanks to MineCrack's diligence.

Yes.. and, just thinking ahead, if an admin claims his Steam account was hacked and the hacker (or sister, brother, friend, etc.) abused on his account ... this won't fly and it's not an excuse. First off, we could tell whether the IP address the "hacker" used was anywhere near the IP you normally use. But more importantly, it's your Steam account and your responsibility.

It's possible to know when they opened by counting the number of doors which opened in a certain period of time. This may not be reliable for certain maps.. and would lead to the request to have a forced open command, which is even more difficult to make non map-specific.

The servers store proprietary xG information, which we couldn't share with another server. You're free to make a scoutknifez server but it shouldn't mislead people with xG in the server name. We can also make an xG scoutknifez server and you can even help set it up.. but the normal chain of command would still need to be followed (e.g. you wouldn't be root admin, etc.) Since you're not an xG member yourself this sounds more like you wanted to use us to boost your server population.

Sounds like there were lots of problems with this... Did you link your Steam account before donating? Were you *in* a game while donating? That's not been tested before.

Quizzes or bans like this are too invasive for my liking. This is really why we have admins on the server - to deal with these exact people. Are you finding that admins are not on at the times you're on or that they're not effective when they are on?

No. If you're concerned about the balance issue then we could pose a vote to raise CT health to 125 which would let them survive a single AWP hit to anywhere but the head.

For an extra challenge, try to convince the guards not to kill each other and have a fun round. Try to break up the fights as they erupt like in a real prison

I've unbanned you. The ND community is so small and fragile that a ban on one server may very well be a ban on the entire game, and as such, a week is too long for this. Discussion and variety is great; the only thing that isn't allowed is promoting or encouraging leaving 1 populated to populate another. With you being a mod on cha0s, it seemed to fall under this category. Going forward, I hope all groups will refrain from advertising through other servers.
