also this is a private teamspeak community channel, the channel admin can blacklist anyone they want for any reason whatsoever, most dont unless they have a reason to cause it would make them look like dicks, but for bleed he had a reason to blacklist u and he did, this isnt something that u can bring to forums or have them change it, its like you kicking someone out of your house for pissing on the couch and they call the cops and have them force you to let the guy who just pissed on your couch back into your house.

Whenever I hear "innocent proven guilty" I just think of BS. How much do you need to lie to make yourself guilty? Is that boston bomber innocent till proven guilty? Is the Colorado shooter innocent till proven guilty? Everybody knows what they did and holding them in cells is pointless.

 

The whole "innocent till proven guilty" has been exploited to hell just like how people exploit XG rules. How many people do you need to murder in order to be considering guilty without a court trail? It's a major flaw in America and nobody does anything about it.

the reason why they are innocent is because people can get a million people to all say the same thing about a person and have that person convicted based on sheer numbers, it creates a mob mentality and allows someone to basically choose whoever they want to be thrown in jail, this is otherwise known as a dictatorship in the making, the person can choose to throw all political opponents into jail and proclaim himself as a god if he wanted to. its not a major flaw, otherwise i could accuse u of murder and BAM you're thrown in jail just because i said so and not based on any evidence whatsoever, its also why the legal system isnt judged based on emotion cause it clouds judgement and creates an incredibly biased system that's infinitely worse

prius, the legal system is built upon the fact that you are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, you cant justifiably call zimmerman a murderer if he was never convicted for it, and when u put it in black and white like that than it would be an open and shut case but like all law cases theres always other factors to consider like whether or not he killed him in self defence, point of what im saying is george zimmerman is innocent

There was nothing community about it. If youre going to have a community night there needs to be something somewhat organized. Not a bunch of people freekilling, spamming !csay and allchat. These nights could be fun if someone could warden for 10 seconds without it getting passed on them or "warday in cells" which leads to everyone getting "freekilled". Try doing things like wardening with absurd rules, or have in cell orders like, "all t's get on sinks and face pool" or some shit like that. Having lax rules doesnt mean freekill everyone it means giving orders that you normally wouldnt be able to give during reg hours like having Duck Hunt or Fish In a Barrel. Opinionated days are also really fun when you ask something thats a touchy subject, let the T's be creative. Running around spamming all the admin commands youre too afraid to use during regular server hours isnt entertaining.

this is what i envisioned late night jailbreak to be more like, not so much the admin abuse and constant freekilling from what ive been hearing lately

if it was so obvious that he was lying, than the jury shouldve known about it and convicted him but they didnt cause the case against him wasnt strong enough, its beyond a reasonable doubt, and if theres reasonable doubt, than they cant lawfully convict him

everyone is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, george zimmerman is considered innocent in a fair and public trial, the fact that everyone is butthurt that hes not been proven guilty just goes to show that the legal system shouldnt be determined by close minded, quick-to-react idiots that derive their conclusions based on the emotion of the situation and not solid facts and evidence. this is how problems are dealt with in xg, if there is no solid proof of someone breaking rules, than we will not punish them for it, no matter how pissed off the person accusing them is.

the prosecution fucked up and the defense did their job properly, george zimmerman has been acquitted and people should get the hell over it, only reason why anyone cares is because it was blown up by the media, if it wasnt, it wouldve come and gone like the thousands of other court cases in america.

also have some knowledge of law or some kind of legal background before commenting on something you know little about (this goes to everyone in general, not being specific or anything)

heheh, ive been co leader for almost a year and a half, but i stepped down like in february to take a break from having to deal with everything

the reason why he had to resort to "shitposting" was BECAUSE you ignored his requests and those of others, u brought it onto yourself and now ur using brian as a scapegoat for the problems that u couldve fixed a long time ago but for whatever reason decided not to, if anything hes trying to help xg by pointing out the problems, if enough ppl know and hear about it, than things will need to change otherwise it will only hinder the community development and cause more instability in the clan. if hes complaining about hub, than its a good chance that hub should be top priority, u could at least update him or the clan on something with hub, like a "testing out the new plugin for this and that" and put like a preview thing on forums, so ppl have something to follow and to get people hyped up for the release of hub, again all problems that can be easily fixed or at least mitigated and made to appeal the community

dont close my damn thread again next time prius, i made the thread intentionally and cause it was something that had to be shared with other members of the community to pressure silence to change his attitude and not do something as completely stupid as what he did.

as for you, you are new in this clan, you dont know as much about what goes on in this community, brian on the other hand has been in the clan almost as long as i have, hes been handling the tf2 division until he left the clan cause of silence, and during that time he has populated tf2 and it is now our most popular division with the most active members and servers. brian is complaining about silence for the same reason why people would complain about politicians, they want them to do something that the public wants to better everyone else, its not like a politician can tell the person to fuck off or shut up otherwise they get voted off in the next election, in this case with silence, people would leave the clan and discourage others from joining or supporting the clan.

if bleeds not responding to your messages, than he doesnt want to talk to you and by extension doesnt want to unblacklist you from his channel, ur the only person to blame for your actions, you'll have to live with the consequences of it

i honestly dont understand why you would do this, you came into warriors channel and said you were creating a script to ban everyone at once, some time later you ban me for 5 minutes, i rejoin and go to a different room that you arent in and you ban me again 3 seconds later, afterwards you then proceed to target anyone who was in warriors channel at the time and ban them all for 5 minutes.

its as if you are trying to discourage people from joining teamspeak yet you say you want a populated teamspeak server, sigh.....
