If anything, an anonymous section would work better for serious topics, because we all know if someone bring up a controversial topic then all it end up as is a back and forth arguement (Like when someone made a George zimmerman trial thread.) That, and if its something serious then they wouldnt want to put it on a public forum with trolls.

He did ban @ all MULTIPLE times, and it caused alot of trouble, darkwolf had to check logs, silence ended up having to put a plugin in, just because of this. -1, ban @all is one of those strictly forbidden things, its a bit soon.

You can put serious topics in general, its the section for things there already isnt a section for.

Not all abuse is the same. Something like a freemute isnt gonna get you permd, something like leaving xG and using your powers to free-ban people, will get you perm'd.

Id say that everything that took place was just confusion, hella was told he can, but john didnt know forest said it wasnt allowed.
