This includes both Ts knifing CTs that are too close and CTs being too close to Ts. If you are killed for knifing a CT that was too close to you it is not a freekill. A CT cannot go into a cell with a T in front or near it. If a CT is intentionally running through Ts, or standing within knifing distance they will be slain/teambanned. LOL...NO! You shouldn't slay someone for accidental baiting... like if the warden suddenly gives a dumb order and a CT can't get enough out of the way, or if a CT accidentally falls/teleports near the Ts, not knowing they were there. You slay them for intentional baiting... like if they tease the Ts by getting close and provoke them to rebel... or they run through them on purpose. I really hate when someone slays someone for something that is so obviously accidentally baiting... the lack of common sense is insane... but that's the world so... lol I didn't say I slay people for accidental baiting, I said its slayable. So they CAN be slayed, depending on the situation, and the admin/mod.

Like i said, this isn't the only instance where he has tried to get people mad. this is just the only evidence i have against him now. Thing Is you could get half of xG to +1 this but without proof higherups cant act.

Big whoop he channel spammed lets remove his member for it. -1 for obvious reasons, thats not disrespect, trolling, or even a problem in that screenshot. I don't know how this is being taken seriously. Get proof of his "Trolling", then put it as a reason. Also if he follows people in teamspeak, its not a big deal, maybe its annoying but its nothing to make a member protest over. It seems you guys are just butthurt since he had a different opinion than you

Any baiting is slayable, some just taken more seriously than others. In this case the T could have jumped over the railing, he took the longer route so he was a rebel for detouring, so it wasn't really baiting since you cant bait a rebel.

Lol. Just saying, but if you played on ANY other jailbreak server, then came on ours, there is a major difference in the rules. The basic motd doesn't help at all unless you've never played JB before, And even then they'll just get punished for the normal motd rules. Im requested the basic MOTD be removed because it does not help AT ALL. They can find out those basic rules in the normal motd. Aside from matsi @@Forest I understand it's for players to get the "gist" of what jailbreak is about and just play, but they end up getting that gist of what jailbreak is about, then end up getting punished for the regular MOTD rules. Yes, they can click on the link provided, but why not just leave the normal MOTD there instead of a basic one? The normal motd covers everything in the basic motd, +more. The regular motd better prepares them for playing compared to the basic one.

And 10 % of the time people arent, and that 10% can cause problems. I see where silence is coming from though. I can name a bunch of people (Not only TS admins) who never leave the community channels, so they don't know when somethings happen. If I only went on JB when's I'm called on I'd never be on JB, admins cant rely on being called in for a rule breaker, you should be active on the servers (in this case not just specific channels) and be able to moderate before something happens. I don't think silence is trying to say don't hang out in community channels, he's just saying if you're going to be a TS admin, administrate other channels too, not just yours, or your friends. EDIT: I don't see why these things are brought up against silence, who would demote him? He pretty much has the power to do whatever he wants, its his clan (Not that doing something dumb would attract people, but if he wants, he has that power.)

In regards to what I said earlier, I'm just telling it like it is. Moderating isn't supposed to be fun. That's not a perk you [anyone in general] should be thinking of when accepting a Staff position. That's all I'm saying, lol What minecrack was saying is they have general rules, and a short team rules, what we have is rules, and then a shortened version of those rules. Which makes it pointless for us because someone can completely memorize the shortened motd, yet still be slayed because of rules in the regular one. The only way our shortened motd attracts players is because they think we only have those rules, just to find out we have a shit ton of rules. Should read this (was posted on another thread)
