So apparently silence has chosen the winners without a vote and hasn't posted anything about it, even though the submissions ended two days ago. I had to message Aegean to find out if I won. What happened? Where is the vote, the group decision?

Ostrich freeday should be official, it's amazing - Ts must crouch at all times. - When they see a CT, they must stand up, freeze, and stare at the CT. After five seconds of seeing the CT, you can run after them and kill 'em. - Left click only. - Ostriches can't hold guns, they don't have thumbs! Kill any T with a gun. - And the rule I just thought of, if the CT gets away and stays out of your view for three seconds, you must go back to crouching. - Kill any Ts that are crouching or moving while looking at you, right clicking, standing up away from you, etc.

Small ones suck, and bigger ones take several rounds to buy. And bombs are funny as hell, especially when the warden is being strict and boring, or the game's moving slowly.

It's completely up to the warden; If someone who steps out of their cell isn't pardoned, it's perfectly fine to kill 'em. If the warden says something like "you're a rebel while you're outside of your cell", that would be what you described.
