Why I no help? I do nothing as DM?

I've had this happen to me before just because I downrated a guy's friend's post. But at the same time he was also disrespecting me elsewhere and being highly rude. I ended up having to block him it got so bad. I also did a member protest on him, it got him a warning not to abuse the downrating system (because it might not mean anything but it does get REALLY annoying) and a day web ban. I ended up going from 15 downratings to 50+ because of one guy. TL;DR: It is highly annoying. Either stop notifications or block the guy. Most he'll get is a warning not to abuse the system.

What the fuck are you talking about? I'm talking about how I got demoted from admin to member in the course of 3 fucking months even though I became active again RIGHT as I said I would. And @Hidingmaster I tried to talk to you guys about it the last time I was demoted a week after my inactivity thread but Lee just said I hadn't been on but I had been on mini games for the 2 months before that. But I don't show up for a week cause of finals and I'm demoted.

What the fuck is the point of an Inactive thread if you just get fucking demoted anyway? Like that shit was out of my control and when I got back I got back on. I call fucking bullshit on the higher ups in the CSS division.

I'm for keeping the servers. Why can we not have the servers? It's dumb to be arguing against someone trying to revitalize CSS when trying isn't even costing us money. It's no skin off YOUR back whether they stay or go. So why all the negativity? It's just plain dumb. Worse comes to worse, CSS gets downsized even more (maybe to the level of MC if needed) so more people can join other divisions. And if more people sign up woo! But seriously, keep the negativity and the guilt tripping and the accusing out of here. You're doing no one any favors or you're not helping anything.

All of this. But mostly this. A lot of the times I go on and can't seem to have fun while still doing what needs to be done because of the way other staff are acting. If I try to enforce a rule, another staff that either, doesn't like me or is friends with the player, lifts the punishment or starts to harass me which in turns gets everyone else starting to harass me because of the way another staff member is acting towards staff. It causes problems with trying to keep the server working smoothly and just serves to make me angry and not want to go on the server anymore. I couldn't care less if a staff doesn't like me, but harassing me and undoing my punishments isn't right. Keep it off the server. If you have a problem with a punishment talk to a person before lifting it, usually it happened for a good reason. @Bleed When I was on before my inactivity due to summer, no I have not been on recently.

Summer helps so get on when you can, honestly, sometimes sitting in spec while you do something else helps because people think others are on and will join. xD

Well C:SS isn't exactly the most active division and every time I did join, about 25% of the time servers were occupied and I would join Minigames or Surf or even Slide. Coupled on to the fact that I was also going through finals that still doesn't make me one of the most inactive mods or admins yet. Others were given way more time to be inactive before a demotion. All I'm saying is I accept the demotion I just think that the fact that it happened so quickly was bit, I don't know, insulting. I'll be on this week as I'm at my mother's again but, this still sucks.

Why was I demoted for inactivity? My inactivity started like 2 weeks ago (before that I was on here and there even though I had school and shit) and I even posted an Inactive post saying I'd be on during the weekends and back full time in August. So why was I demoted so quickly?

I'll be mostly inactive from June 8th to August 2nd as my Summer Job is at a camp and we only get the weekends off. I'll have my laptop but will be too busy to play except on Saturdays. Before and after that I'm back home so the only time I'll be able to play is when I visit my mom. I'll be back on August 18th when I move back to my college.
