I don't know Ribbit. As a mod, I think Hexx did the right thing with the information he had and the response from you was a bit off the wall. Hopefully, if you are a member, you can get added so this doesn't happen again.

I found the problem. This guy: Xeno Gamers - Player Chat History said the racist comment using Ribbit's name causing Hexx to think it was Ribbit. It's a misunderstanding.

Ribbit, you clearly said a racist comment as defined by our community.

Like I was gonna say in the other thread before @DrLee closed it was that I think this is a common sense issue. Whatever you thought, giving out personal info that is not yours can lead to bad ramifications if given to the wrong person. It's one thing for someone to give their own information out but quite another to have someone take away your choice and possibly lead to something bad happening. Personal information, whatever it may be, should not be posted to a server. @McNeo got banned for posting people's IPs and information and I think this ban should stick as well. -1 Does this even make sense? I feel like I rambled. It makes sense to me.

Only higher-ups can unban and they don't do that unless told to by someone higher than them (aka Silence) or by successful Ban Protest. It's more likely this kid never got banned or, if he did, it was not a perm. *Just throwing that info out there*

Not even taking into account the bans (whether warranted or not), he simply hasn't shown a maturity fit to be seen as a moderator. For example, if any of you guys have ever played CS:S with me late at night you know I get really lackadaisical about the rules and end up just screwing around and being generally childish. And that's okay! Like damn, it's a game. BUT we also need to be able to trust that when stuff starts to go wrong you can grow up and take care of it quickly and efficiently and that's where I have trouble seeing Jubens being an effective mod.I can't see him being able to turn off that child switch and turn on the mod when the time comes. If I see a marked improvement of that then I might think differently but for right now I can't.

If we can do it, I say go for it. I'm not privy to behind the scenes so I don't know what we have or what we don't or what we need. It's a matter of getting the right people the right information so shit gets done. But donator perks are a must in my eyes.

So, just got caught up in this. I know code. Mostly C++ and C#. And I know Silence doesn't use them. We've talked before about coding and we have 2 very different definitions. I can see if I can help out with Hub though. Also, for the skeptics on hub, I know for a fact Hub was a major draw. I alone dropped money on these servers just to get the hat packs and was pissed when I didn't have them anymore. But they were a huge money draw, and were fun in server. So, if we can get hub back, or at least hat packs, I'm pretty damn sure CS:S will populate and pay for itself. Now someone send me the hub code.
