Damn, I tried my best to look online on how to fix it, but nothing came up. This must be one of those more "rare" errors. If I were you I would contact Valve to see if its fixable.

+0 It is true that Duckii is a great person to talk to and I rethought my comment about him being unbanned. Like Minecrack said in the comments, Duckii hacking shouldn't change opinions about him. I think he should get a second chance, but as long as he doesn't do it again. I made the previous comment without really thinking about it first.
