All you did was post "GAAAAAAAY" on EVERYthing. Most of it Facebook blocked automatically, until it suggested to ban you, so I just clicked okay to make the screen go away :P I'll unban you, but yeah, stop being annoying.

Would need a new method of !vote though, because I think the timeout is like 30 seconds, and need to wait another 10-15 secs before doing another vote

The muting thing would be optional if there's a way to detect HLDJ (the server used to block HLDJ but not talking, so I assume it can be detected - but again, if not, it's optional). It could simply display an "Off" message. Or, turn it around, and give mods/admins something to allow HLDJ, such as on wardays and freedays admin would type "!hldj" to enable it through the end of the round. Again, this would only work if HLDJ can be detected by the server. A negative of this is people couldn't play those short little sound bites. I too can see all kinds of issues with something like this, it was jsut a thought

@autumn What about a plugin of sorts? Type !off to add to the "off list". Only living players votes would count. Living/dead/specing admins votes would always count. Once it reaches 5 it resets the counter and displays a message on screen and maybe mutes the player for 5 seconds or something. Random thought, not sure if possible or feasible.

Not everyone likes music though, plain and simple. Admin or not - I almost always say off if I'm alive.

That one looks good. Get a PCIe x1 if you have an available slot for it.

+1 Not only for this, but everything else AppleJack has somehow skated around.

Advertised in shoutbox. I would -1 if this were a valid reason. Please don't rely on advertisement to get your spot - Be a good guy in game and earn friendship and trust that way.

An update for Java has been released. You can download it directly from Oracle here: Download Free Java Software During the install process I recommend you keep an eye open for the option to install the Ask toolbar, and uncheck the selection so it does not install. If you previously had disabled Java you can follow the steps in my original post to re-enable Java.

David, in your first screenshot all I see is *you* swearing /at/ Abraham. Open mouth, insert foot. In the second screenshot he called you a dumbass. Once. This is hardly any proof of ongoing harassment and in the first screenshot you only fed whatever situation was there anyway. If you catch something happening in game record a demo. Or many many more screenshots. Or take the time to dig through the chatlogs and get your proof that way. In any case, for now, -1. However, I will add - Abraham, you do have a history of this, and have been banned for it in the past. You're on thin ice as it is.

When you add a post to a thread (like I am right now) and click post the page loads it right away. If you try to comment from that same screen you'll get that error, happens to me 100% of the time. I think that's just due to the live updating. However, I did have this error too, around the same time you first reported it. Could be something bigger, not sure.

";" is used to split commands. "wait" puts a 1-tick delay before the next command is executed.

Closing thread in 2 hours and 50 minutes so you cannot edit the original post.

Pretty much what diabeetus said. Even on a freeday when music is allowed I usually say off, especially if I'm rebelling. Hearing footsteps is a valuable tool.

How about you try to follow the current HLDJ rules before asking for additions and changes?

It works. Only problem is that if you tried adding a turbine to generate power there would be too much resistance and the what would stop. Here's a whole video... [video=youtube_share;287qd4uI7-E]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=287qd4uI7-E

Yes. I was swamped at work Friday and likely will be again all this week. This exploit is being used by a few very nasty viruses. For those who may not know, Java is a Framework. By having the Framework installed on your system it allows program and web developers to write a program in the Java language and distribute only the program with no additional runtime files. This makes for great ease of use and small program sizes. There's nothing wrong with using a framework, and there is no security flaw with the idea of a Framework. There are many frameworks such as .NET, Flash, Chromium Embedded - 95% of the programs you use use frameworks, including Microsoft Office, Steam, Chrome, and Firefox. Anyways, getting back to the point. The vulnerability in Java right now (basically) allows a program full access to your system through a series of loopholes. If you go to the wrong site or download the wrong thing your system is open to the world within minutes, and in comes whichever virus initiated it.
