Stop being one sided guys. If you were to be slain for an unjust reason, you would be pretty upset and most likely say something out of sheer anger. Albeit it's not something that should be practised, but it does happen occasionally from our players, and Moderators/Administrators should account for that before gagging so abruptly.
 
Come on, cut the guy some slack. He was just slain out of the blue without a single warning, and then found out that the slay was completely unjustified, interrupting what could have been a fine round of Wardening. Is that not more than enough reason to have a couple of words slip out due to frustration and anger toward the Staff Member who dealt the slay?
 
As John said, if you are completely sure that what happened justifies a slay, then do it. But if you aren't 100% sure, then ask first. You can't be 80% sure, you can't be 90% sure, you have to be 100%, lest you end up free slaying. This was a display of power abuse, even if just minor, however; it doesn't warrant anything other than a talking to. @@Kirigaya_Kazuto Don't let it happen again mate, make sure to follow rules/regulations when dealing with Admin Commands to keep these sort of situations to a minimum; and @@Halfbaked realize that our Staff isn't perfect. Mistakes will happen, so before you end up cussing a storm or somethin', just keep that in mind.

I had to go into reserve powers that silence forgot to take off, talk to Duckii, where she then rebanned all of us, and changed her name to Zeal and Console, etc. I want her perm'd, especially since she said she's never coming back. Just ban her and leave her alone.

Recently, Matsi has posted this in the shoutbox giving his opinion on the Minecraft servers. However, it is extremely illiterate and very difficult to understand what the flying buddah he is saying! So let's analyze his statement:

How do you know people were banned by seeing them? You contradict yourself directly by telling us that 'they got banned'. Also using 'say' in the wrong tense get's you a few points off.

What stuff? I assume you mean our Tekkit server, but that isn't up so that statement has no reasoning behind it. How can one absorb the knowledge that you are spewing out if you have no idea what's going on within the MC division? Then, to make matters worse, you state that you wouldn't play on it because of all the stuff you hear and/or see about it. First, you said you don't play on it SO HOW CAN YOU SEE ANYTHING?! What mouth-breather are you talking to that gives you information like that? Please, cite your sources since now you are plagiarizing and are going to be suspended.

I'm going get CS:S so i can be part of these threads :D!

I was banned from CT forces by Ganjamonster I was inside of medic, and I saw a gun inside of medic where a rebel had been killed. I was healing my self because I fell, and I had five health left. Anyway, I tried to shoot the gun away but then I was slayed, and banned for one week for shooting a gun in medic. With no specification of why I was banned.

I'll agree to this. But if Unit comes forward with any sort of damning evidence as to why this guy was perm other than "requested" then we can fix it. Otherwise, unban him.

please read post better i said i was talking to aaron and i was ASKING to be permban from ct because i did not know the rules at that time i did not know it was unit that banned me but i volunteered to be permban on my own and i just asked it i could get unbanned sence i know how the server rules are been there long enuf, i hope this clears it up better

Closing this as there isn't anything left to be said. We have the proof. I will consult with the Dark, Gkoo, and Hiding to decide the course of action to be taken. As I said they are MIA though and I can't get a hold of any of them. @@diabeetus I could see possibly how it's a fun command so I'm sure that will be discussed. @@Ten17Thug if you have nothing to help the thread don't post.
