Duckii resigned from Co-Lead and decided to clean up a little bit before completely departing. At least, that's what I think happened here.

There are many times a player has said they'll "try to change" after screwing up, trust me. Each time, there is either little to No change at all. Even when there is, some of these players have a nasty habit of reverting back to the way they used to be without even knowing it, then it's just a rinse and repeat from there. As Chrono stated; A perfect example of such would be Shadow. Shadow had a terrible past where there were many occurrences of trolling, disrespect and atrocious attitude in general. The Shadow we all know now has made a tremendous step in the right direction, and is now a pleasure to have around on the servers. The change has to be significant enough that the community takes notice, not just a small change. All in all, you need to prove to us that you Have Changed, not that you are Capable of doing it. As Darkwolf stated, there are definitely perks to being a Paid Mod. One of which is you are given a substantial amount of leniency in terms of Activity (since you paid for it). Don't worry about the activity mate, concentrate on your academic studies or whatever else is calling for your attention! - Dat guy, Forest

+1. If you're naive and half-witted enough to want to Mass Freekill on our Server with Membership status, knowing FULL WELL what will happen to you if you do, then there should be no leniency. Clearly a Permanent CT ban isn't threatening enough to some, so notching it up to a loss of Member Status ought to wake them up. Like I've said before on a post similar to this scenario: In the end, I agree to increasing the punishment for Members of XenoGamers as they should be giving a good representation of xG, not showing everyone that some of our members are too immature to handle a "No-balls" request. - Dat guy, Forest

Because this thread does not meet Ban Protest specifications I'm going to immediately -1 this request. However, I will not be closing the thread because I have the feeling it'll only raise up a stink. To start off: Using any other account to continue playing on our servers after being permanently banned is defined as Ban Evasion. You are avoiding your penalty for breaking our server rules by using another account. After looking over this player's Ban List, I noticed that before I dealt a permanent ban (for "Breaking Server Rules", which at the time I deemed was a Mass Freekill) you were permanently banned before by @@Duckii (and again under your friend's account) meaning you were given a second chance already. @@DarkWolf6052 @@Gkoo @@PiNoYPsYcHo @@HighSociety - Dat guy, Forest
