Thanks to everyone who participated in the Community Night! Apparently we had a full MiniGames server, which is great! I hope everyone had a great time and had lots of fun. I'm going to keep this thread open as I would like a lot of constructive criticism and any other comments on how it could be improved! Also, @diabeetus @ShdowSpy @Chrono @TheLostCause @DeathGod @Gawd @Sporky for the list of player's names who earned Credits!

Well, I Literally just got Gmod (thanks to an amazing person), so I can't vouch for ANYTHING. Other then Maturity. M: 7/10 - Did a great job as a Staff Member on CS:S, always kept a calm tone (unless provoked). He was also level-headed in dealing with delicate situations, which is always a great attribute. Maturity is where it should be. A: ?/10 - No activity on Gmod (from myself) D: ? Until further notice. Also, just gonna note that he's a baddie.

Alright so, here's the deal. Whenever something like this is done, it almost entirely depends on the context, scenario, motives and etc. Before going any further, I am going to say now that the Cons heavily outweigh the Pros. First, From what I heard, this was done upon a "No-balls" request, and because of that, it already isn't looking good. This isn't something like killing a T upon "No-balls" request, not only was it considered a mass-freekill/teamkill, but it was also an abuse of power and rank. Second thing I will point out is that it was recorded and posted on YouTube. Normally that wouldn't be an issue, however it was being done on an xG server, with the offender wearing xG tags, so not only does this give our Server a bad name, but it also gives our Community a bad name. Third, I understand that Sinly was given leniency when he did it, however he has been a long-time member who had done a great job as an Administrator in our CS:S Division. Also, don't think he got away scot-free, because he will never have the chance to achieve Staff Powers again, at least not in the CS:S Division. I will also point out that our CS:S Div Leader (@@HighSociety) carried out the ban, and he believed it warranted a 2 month period. In this case with Mythic, the ban was given out by our Leader (@autumn). My Fourth and final point. Recently, Mythic had intentionally trolled on TeamSpeak, and it wasn't even done on Our TS3 server. It was done on another TS3 server that had ex-xG members present during the time. This caused a demotion from Div to Member status, and after being discussed amongst our Co-Leaders, was given leniency in which Mythic kept a Moderator position and was allowed to remain an xG member. He was given a second chance to prove to us that he wasn't immature and could remain such a position. Now because something like this has happened, he has given enough proof that he is not ready for a position of power nor is he mature enough to handle something such as a "No-Balls" request. My final decision; I'm going to -1 the request to be unbanned. I am in no way saying this with any intention of Completely hindering any chance of Mythic being on our servers, but it is our responsibility to weigh the situation and decide whether or not it warrants an unban. I want everyone to be aware of the amount of Cons there is to Pros, and to consider what I have said before coming to a conclusion. I have Nothing against Mythic, I think he's a great guy, but when something like this happens, it's just not tolerable. Sorry buddy, but not this time. TL;DR - Being thorough is what is needed as a Higher-Up. If you Actually care about the subject at hand, then you'll take the time to read all this. - Dat guy, Forest

Before all this got updated, there was a poll between Community Day and Competition. I decided to stick with Community, and Echo took head of the Competition portion. So to begin with, I was the only one planning, and I didn't want to plan two seperate occasions.

There are two more positions open for Co-Hosts. It is first come, first serve!

It's why Gungame is set as last, hopefully there'll be a manageable amount of people (if any at all). I have also set the time for each server at 45 minutes. Last night it felt that the time was too long, but I don't want to make it too short as well. What do you guys think?

Would love to have you as a Co-Host bb, t'would be an honor. Chrono is right though, the questions should be relatively difficult and should involve xG every now and then. There Are credits being distributed after all, so questions like "simple math trivia" are unacceptable.

@@diabeetus @ShdowSpy Co-Hosts will ask the players questions (try to keep it xG related). You will then write down the name of the Player who got it right and at the end of the Community Night, you will give me all the names you have got down. That way when Hub is back up, we'll be able to distribute credits accordingly!

Alright so, disregarding anything to do with StOwnage as well as Jubens, as that should be in two separate Ban Requests, I can't vouch on the disrespect, but I can vouch on the nature of this "Swampert" player. He is intentionally trolling, griefing and disrespecting, which I believe warrants a week ban from the server under the reasoning of "Trolling/Griefing/Disrespect". However I will note that this player's name is not matching up with the Steam ID provided by Bert. There seems to be no aliases under the name of "Swampert" in his Community Profile which you can find here. This Community Profile is pulled directly out of sourcebans with the following Steam ID (STEAM_0:1:8191602) which was provided by Bert. I don't know if this is because the player has since then changed their name several times so it is unrecognizable, or whether the Steam ID is incorrect. Due to this confusion, I will remain at a +/- 0 until things are cleared up here. I will also remind anyone that if you are being harassed or disrespected to please notify any Staff Members on at the time, or contact anyone via TeamSpeak, Steam or our Forums. Alright so, I realize this is old and I apologize on behalf of any other CS:S Staff Members who were not able to reply. After watching the demo, there are multiple counts of rule breaking, but they are only applicable for a slay. However; I will note that Lord Double Scoop had freekilled twice, and nearly freekilled you. This does warrant a CT ban for at least a day, in which the offender will take the time to look over the motd rules. If you can still provide a Steam ID for "Lord Double Scoop", it would be greatly appreciated. @@xGJake - Dat guy, Forest

Not a single valid 1-up has been given, and although this thread has been open for only a few days, i'm going to close it. You are lacking a great amount of maturity, and it is completely apparent after taking a look through your chatlogs. There are multiple complaints here of disrespect, and I honestly believe it. At the moment, you are just not xG material, and it is for the best that you pull yourself together and re-apply for membership in two weeks.
