Alright, time to put an end to this debate. I want all opinions from current CS:S Division Managers regarding rebel hunting. @@DarkWolf6052 @@Gkoo @@PiNoYPsYcHo If 3+ are in agreeance, then we are standing by the rule that CTs must have physically seen the rebel (Or have been ordered by Warden) in order to pursue. I'll be the first to say that I agree with this stated rule. After the 3+ opinions have been given, there will be No Further Discussion.

Warriors left for a while, then decided to rejoin. Mythic was frustrated and didn't think things through before posting in the Hello/Goodbyes and about an hour later he realized he didn't mean it. It was a mistake and he was demoted to moderator rank. Atleast he didn't leave for two days, then come back, right?

Everyone has that moment of weakness, where you're too frustrated and you literally do things blindly, with little to no thought given on the situation. As MineCrack said, everyone fucks up, so don't take it so hard on yourself next time something like this happens ;)

Why leave when you had such a good thing going? You were a big help with the MC Division, and you just recently got promoted to Div Leader. I don't understand why one slip-up like this would lead you to leaving. I will however respect your opinion in doing so, even if I believe it's unnecessary. It does suck to see you resign over something like this, but I hope you will still be around on the Jailbreak server every now and then. You have yet to record that pro-rebel clip anyways ;P. For future reference, if at any point something happens that frustrates or angers you, instead of leaving almost immediately, give it some time. Take some time away from whatever it is. Relax, play some games, whatever helps, then come back and see if you still feel that you don't want to be a part of the community anymore.

I myself find no problem with people who have higher pitched voices then others. The only discrepancy I have are said people who are immature as fuck when they use their mic. In other words, they either spam, make random ass noises, scream/shout when something is being done against them, or anything else of the sort. Granted, it Is a rule, and as a rule it should be openly enforced. The thing is, when you have exceptions with players such as PuppyLuv, it makes it completely unfair for any other player with a high-voice. With that in mind, it's why I normally gauge the reaction of the majority of the players on the server before coming to a verdict. If Majority finds their voice annoying, then I will tell the offending player to stop using their mic. If Majority doesn't care, then the game carries on like normal. It's not so much that I just completely ignore the rule, it's just that I determine how the current players on the server feel toward it, as that is the Main reason that rule is in place anyways. That's pretty much what I think about that rule. If what I'm doing is wrong, sue me, but I insist on getting the players opinion rather then just immediately shutting down young players. TL;DR - I gauge how the current players feel on the offender's voice before coming up with a verdict. If Majority wants it off, then it's off. This is not what xG needs from it's Staff Members, and it is completely intolerable behaviour. I cannot vouch on whether or not any spam was given by Darkwolf, however given the chat spam pic from "ADDDDDD" (Mythic), this is completely over-the-top. It's one thing to enter a channel on Our TeamSpeak server and do this, but it's a whole new level when you "invade" another server and proceed to troll/annoy players on it. Things like this are what result in other players potentially harassing you or even the clan/community in terms of 'DDoS', 'swatting' etc (Not implying it will happen). Now, pertaining to any "disrespect", it's a given that if you are intentionally trolling/griefing other players, they Will react in a hostile and aggressive way. Don't expect to disrespect/troll someone and have them not do the same to you. Mind you, this is all in perspective of the 'offendee' and not the 'offenders'. Well, I'm sure they know you can't minus 1 if you asked for a 1-up. Also, to everyone else, please follow the proper format/template when dealing with member applications, lest your post be utterly disregarded. Now, pertaining to this application. Yes, yes and yes again. Although a troll when he wants to be, he has also lent a hand in dealing with community issues, as well as giving his own opinion. When he had powers, he was also a great help on the server when dealing with rule breakers in general. I don't think there has been a time where he has been a problem, and if there has I don't recall. A: 7/10 - Due to myself being inactive, I haven't really been given the time to see whether or not he is active on the Jailbreak server. The same goes for TeamSpeak, so hopefully this upcoming weekend I'll be able to come up with a valid number. M: 7/10 - Maturity is where it should be, but there are times where if something shouldn't be mentioned or said, it just shouldn't be mentioned or said. He doesn't seem to lose his temper easily (takes a lot of provocation) and he takes responsibility for his actions. D: +1! .. Three CTs judge whether or not the player deserves to live or die. It's no different then telling a joke, as almost 99.9% of the jokes people use are probably written down Somewhere, internet or not.

Remember to provide the correct format/template when dealing with a Member Application guys! This guy is an oldie from xG, and is by far my favorite Korean bud. Hell'a chill, and is a pleasure to have around the server. He always brings his spontaneous and crazy behaviour wherever he goes, which does make a more lively Jailbreak and TeamSpeak. Was previously in xG, and left due to personal issues if I recall correctly. A: 7/10 - Both on Jailbreak as well as TeamSpeak, I almost always see this guy on. I haven't been extremely active recently due to personal issues, but in the time that I have been on Jailbreak, he has also been on. Activity is where it should be. M: ★10/10★ - Always keeps a level-headed behaviour going on, and doesn't ever rage or lose his temper. Besides, whenever he does it's absolutely hilarious. While on the server, he notifies us in a calm manner whenever a rule is being broken, unlike other players who spam constantly with things such as "FREEKILL, SLAY". Same goes for TeamSpeak, he has a great personality and is almost always the first to start a conversation as well. Maturity is meeting higher then expectations. D: +1 all the way across the sky. Definitely deserves to be in the community, and I think he will attract more players to our servers with his fun and crazy attitude! - Dat guy, Forest
