This is true. Unfortunately, I'm thinking of cancelling the Lottery at this rate. Not nearly enough people are interested in either helping the community or participating. At this rate, it would be better if I were to donate the 30$ straight to XenoGamers.

There wasn't any sort of punishment dealt regarding Duckii, so no, she wasn't permanently banned. Come to think of it, I don't know if it was discussed with the Higher-Ups. All I know is that Duckii had managed to get a hold of her powers and abuse them by banning people she disliked (namely mentioned above) after resigning as Co-Leader. Did it in a sad attempt to pass off as "Console" too, but it was painfully obvious (replaced the L with a capitalized i). As far as I know, there wasn't a punishment dealt for this. If serb doesn't recall her being banned, then I doubt @@Rhododendron does either. So I guess no, she isn't supposed to be banned (although I question why no sort of punishment was dealt).

Quite honestly, the runner-up prizes will depend entirely on how high the prize will go. Quite obviously, I won't be as reluctant to distribute mo' money if I have to give 100$ in the first place. @@Chrono

A scheduled time for the Drawing will be decided and posted in the "XenoGamers Lottery" thread as well as a cut-off date for any entrees. So, as of now, a date has not yet been decided. You do not have to be present at the time of the Drawing. Any entrants who wish to join in may still participate after the closure of the "ballot box" so to speak, however; a late fee will be applied and you will have to donate 10$ in order to have an entry instead of the standard 5$.

@@Stupercrossman I have recently found out that a PayPal is required to receive the cash as well as use it. Otherwise I would have to transfer the money to a bank account, which I'm sure no one would like to give me access to. However; Signing up on PayPal is quick and easy to do. The XenoGamers Lottery is a drawing in which any Entrants are eligible to win a cash prize of up to 100.00$! I open my laptop up every month or so, it's amazing how much dust accumulates in mine. One time it took me a while to realize that my cooling fan wasn't even running cause it was packed with dust. After removing the dust, it boosted my laptop's performance quite a bit. Didn't know if this could be the same problem (since he mentioned lag and terrible system performance). But yeah, definitely not as efficient.
