I just wanted to make sure this is clear, This is not personal. I would just like to add an example of changing rules to suit himself. You cannot tell Ts that crouching is restricted and to freeze, because crouching is not a permanent order. The rule was changed to that while i was offline. So about an hour later, i get on. I browse the forums, nothing new really. I get on, and line explains the new rule to me and why it was put in place. So for the next 3-5 rounds wardens give these orders. Shift walk to the cage, unstack shoulder to shoulder. Standing is now restricted. All Ts freeze. Crouching is now restricted. (The order might have been mixed with standing/crouching restricted) So pretty much half of the Ts would die each time.

Regarding plugins, they've been broken for a while. I understand that learning a programming language is hard and takes time, but usually we had 30+ people in our server at a time during the day, and anywhere from 10-20 when i would wake up in the morning. Now, most of the time its 20+ during the day, and 0 - 10 in the morning. The reason people have been leaving is because other servers offer better plugins (hub, ratio, warden plugin among other things).

Along the lines of not telling mods/admins whats going on, the removal of maps should be told to the community and the reasons why it was taken out. For example, we could take out electric because its almost never played, and there are no minigames other than soccer to be played on it. Now alpha, was removed without any notice. I asked why it was removed, and i was told it was too CT sided (It isn't), causes serverside problems (I dont know for sure), and "Because it sucks". So i ended up doing votes in game (using sm_vote commands) while he was playing to show how many people wanted it back. The vote was cancelled by him. So after the thread to get him to re-add it, he does. After adding it, he sends us this message. "(ADMINS) Console: k alpha is back faggots. go kill urselves"

But the main thing I'm getting at is, when mods/admins aren't told of these changed rules, How are we supposed to enforce them? This is what contributed to mods enforcing rules differently, or not at all. There needs to be a system of how rules get changed other than by mouth. My suggestion is an open forum that anyone can post suggestions, its discussed, and division managers and leaders decide. If 66% or more of division managers disagree with the division leader(s), then the division leaders are overruled.

We had this map for a long time, and it was removed without any notice. I did multiple votes in game, and all of them had most if not all yes votes. So if we aren't re-adding this game, please explain why it was removed and why we wont re-add it.

As far as i know for the glitch (I dont know specifics for how to do it) only one or two Ts could actually get it. The low gravity actually makes it harder to play jump rope, and much easier to play climb. It gives an unfair advantage to the rest of the Ts in jump rope, and an unfair advantage to the T with low gravity during climb.

I think that if someone has the gravity glitch you should always fix it, but especially when doing those 2 games, or its favoritism.

I would just like to say since theres no quotation marks in CSGO, you either need to use console to teamban (sm_teamban nova 5 "smells funny") or use underscores (/teamban nova 5 smells_funny). Im mainly saying this because all of the teambans you have from last night/this morning shows the reason " ' ". Its not only you doing it, ive seen pretty much all of the CSS staff that play on CSGO do it.

Work on your attitude. For example, dont call people retards and faggots. Also, when admins are AFK or didnt see something, please do not say stuff like "if you aren't going to pay attention go spec" "Do your fucking job" Or best of all "Badmin". Also, quite often you don't go through the right channels (AKA saying "slay ______" constantly in global chat, not telling us in admin chat) Oh and one last thing, this is a rule that you should know.

If i remember correctly, Your brother freekilled 3 people and as i was CT banning him, you left. But i would like to know one thing. You were able to leave the server to prevent him from freekilling more, but at that point you were in control of the computer, and he couldn't freekill more, correct? That story sounds a bit fake to me. If you are being 100% honest, then i would be fine with you being unbanned from the server permanently, though i would just treat it like a mass freekill + stay. (So it would be about 3 weeks of a CT ban, as you have been banned for about a week) I would just like for you to know though, don't leave after freekilling. Its always better to take the punishment then leave afterwards. (For example, if you stayed it would have been a week server ban, and a month CT ban.)

Yes, i use "Breaking Server Rules" for mass freekilling and leaving. Since I banned you about one month ago, i don't remember the situation that ended up banning you. Most likely, you mass freekilled and left. Now for unbanning, I would be fine with that. (Though if you are unbanned you'll be watched closely)

I'm pretty sure we had that map before, and it played very badly. Though i don't remember specifically what was bad, i remember that the map was taken out instantly.
