IMO Teamspeak is more annoying than anything. I don't know how you people tell who's talking in game or in TS. It's especially annoying when people in game and in TS are just BS'ing and you can't hear wardens orders over the fucking TS people. "So turn up the game audio"......OK then I can't hear TS people...whatever, TS is funny when you can ghost, but that's about it. I vote for bringing back dead chat. If there are no mods on, then there's no way to get an answer to why you were killed. By the time the round is over, the CT forgot why they killed you anyway. For learning purposes for newbs, dead chat is very helpful.

Seriously, it's not freaking delaying or detouring if I go to the furthest table if you don't specify. I played the other day, gave the order "all t's get into a race stall" and killed all the T's that weren't in the first one, the way Dontbleed suggests I should, and half believed it was freekill and the other half not. I'm with the half thinking it's a freekill if the warden isn't specific. Isn't that part of the fun of being a T?! Taking the wardens orders when he doesn't specify and making him wish he had? Can we get clarification @@Chrono? If the warden orders T's to a vague place, such as "all t's go to a table" or "all t's go to the black line", are they to always go to the nearest one? If that's a yes, please place a line in the rules stating something like "closest is implied."

I'm very annoyed right now. Squeak gave the order in alpha "all T's go to a table and freeze", we T's were by the train, so I walked toward the furthest table I could find, since he didn't say go to the closest table, and he fucking shot me saying I detoured, which I did not because he didn't specify which table. I was going to A table, did not detour, nor delay in anyway. WTF Compare this to if all T's are at bottom of cell stairs and are ordered into the train with the order "All T's shift walk into the train". Do we EVER shoot them if they attempt to go in any other train door except the back door, you know, since that's the closest?! The answer is fucking NO, and you would sure as shit get slayed if you shot a mod for not walking into the back door saying he was detouring. And don't even try to say you wouldn't cause I've seen it done. I see no where in the rules where if the warden gives an order to go some place that has multiple locations on a map, that you MUST go to the closest one or it's detouring. It's just like when we say go to the bottom of cell ramp on maps with 2 ramps, unless we say MAIN cell ramps, T's can go to whichever one they want, can they not?!

If you're going to be AFK for more than 5 minutes, just leave the server. I have a solution, feel free to deposit the money into my PayPal at Coodie at Gmail.com whenever you feel ready @@Chrono. Solution is a plugin that kicks you from the server after a certain time being AFK. I know there are these plugins out there as the other servers I have played in have done this. There's no reason to go AFK for more than like 10 minutes and expect to be able to just join back in like nothing happened. So either leave the server yourself, or you'll get kicked automagically. =) Problem solved.

First topic is about Admin Abuse. Are Mods allowed to use the slap command? If so, when and for what? Topic 2 is HLDJ. From the Rules: You cannot play 2 -3 second clips and cannot spam HLDJ.... is this rule saying you cannot use HLDJ period unless it is a warday, freeday, or LR? If so, does this apply to all players. If not, this rule is very confusing, and what should be the punishment for abusing it? Gag? Mute? Kick? Ban? Real quick, even if it was the wrong color, which I still don't agree with, I should NOT have been CT banned for freekilling. I did not free kill 3 people, just Line. I should not be CT banned... - - - Updated - - - 3 Division leaders all said blue, what more final decision is needed??

[ATTACH]4628.vB[/ATTACH] OK so I'm running the backpack game. In that image are the only 3 backpacks colors I saw. So I said you are either Blue, Black, or Red. The way I have it labeled was the way I was calling it, because that new backpack looks blue to me. There were multiple people in the server that agreed with me that it was blue. Line and Cookie said it wasn't. I killed line because he said Black, and his was that new blue one. And because I argued the point with Cookie and Line I was CT banned for a week.... For the only backpacks that were in the game at the time, that one looked and still looks very blue to me. Going forward I'll be happy to call it green, but it was brand new and I (and others) thought it was blue. I would like a CTUNBAN please! =) <3 - - - Updated - - - And also, being CT banned for a week because I was arguing that it looked blue to me, and still does look blue to me on my computer, is a little extreme I think. I wasn't trying to TARP or anything. The damn bag looks blue to me!

These things changed recently I think. used to be 20 posts and 2 months. WTF. Either way, +1 from me. -He know the rules very well. -He's on TS, the server, and forums almost every day. -He's always trying to be happy and friendly to everyone. -He never mic spams. -He's always trying to be as helpful as he can be. -He's ranked 8 out of 32,548 on the server, 2nd place for most decorated with AWP. -He has a mic and doesn't have an annoying voice. -He very active. -He's never been banned, and he's been a member for a month now. -He's becoming a map maker and already made a map which rocks. -He's on all the time when no mods/admins are on. He's in California but he's on at like 10pm-6am typically. -He always shoots Coodie =( stop that please! =P Updated: Maturity: 10/10 Activeness: 10/10

It that scenario, no (he could stop the game on the first step tho, after he see's them jump...). But my point was that the warden KNEW for a fact that multiple T's had low grav and did climb anyway. And he claimed because the T's were the ones that picked the game, it wasn't favoritism...you're the warden, it doesn't matter what the T's pick, you're still the one that's running it!

It's a glitch on the map.

Line and me don't see eye to eye on this one, so I want to discuss. (Line, read this all before you post please. It makes sense, and I'd expect you of all people to agree). On the map ba_jail_sand_csgo, there is apparently a way for a rebelling T to get Low Grav, and keep it until they touch a ladder. I won't go in to specifics how to get it, cause I don't think some people want everyone to know how. Note: There is the ability to order a T to remove low grav, by way of touching a ladder. SO, my argument is, if a T (or multiple T's) have low grav, and the warden knows for a fact that they have low grav, if they play a game like climb, where the T with low grav has an obvious advantage, then it's favoritism. Lines argument was that if a T knows how to cheat and get away with it, then he can't be slayed. Like in a race, if a T cheats to finish said race faster, and they haven't been told no cheating, then it's not favoritism for letting them live for cheating. The issue with this, is in this circumstance, at the START of that game, EVERY T has the ability to cheat. There's not just 1 or 2 that have some secret ability to finish the race faster. If only 1 or a couple T's have low grav and it's known at the START of a game like climb that not EVERY T has the ability, you are creating an unfair playing field, and as such should be considered favoritism. Especially considering you can order a T to remove low grav first to first level the field. Thoughts?

Why are you all so quick to close threads? Especially in the "Discussion" section? The whole point of this section is to be able to discuss things. Since whoever updates the rules is too lazy to make things more black and white, these discussions need to take place. And you should leave them open so more people can chime in with their own views of the rules. If there is a rule that you think does not need discussion, then update the freakin rules! Don't close a thread and say "that's how it is because I say so." That doesn't help anyone who is checking the rules section during the game, and doesn't know that some of us just happened to talk about it, we came up with a solution, cause we didn't let everyone else know about it by updating the rules. Why is it so hard to update the rules anyway?! Jailbreak is a very black and white game, you either broke the rules or you didn't. If there are vague rules, or "common sense" rules, that makes it a judgement call on the CT's / admins / wardens / mods....it takes a lot of fun out of the game. Having to explain to someone "the rule says this, which really means this in my opinion" is dumb! I'd be happy to volunteer to update the rules if someone else doesn't want to.
