So our positions are just to ruin our fun? We never wanted to not have fun in the first place, otherwise we would quit.
 
 

I've already been told to get on 5 times today (Not kidding). Some were within 5 minutes of just leaving because the server was just fine after a mod had logged on. I left it up to him after another hour of moderating and clearing up the problem.
 
 

Why not be on TS? It's actually one of the most fun things to do when you don't have people bitching "name freekilled me, slay him" and spend 10 minutes doing something, while other people are asking you to do something for them?
 
 

It seems this is one of the major things about our inactivity.
What i think our inactivity is caused by:
Boredom
Annoyance
Busy working/at school
 
I've already done enough right now. I'll come on today if i want to have some more fun and/or am asked to come on because of a rule breaker.
 
EDIT: Also i'm starting to go running/walking with my sister now. May be even less active. :P

I don't try, nor want to feel "empowered" or "strong". I just want to have fun while moderating the server, Having the occasional laugh here and there, But it sounded like he was trying to get us on 24/7 doing nothing but moderating.
I try to make the server the best as possible for other people, Including myself. No problem with that, right? It's just when i get more then i can handle in a short time, Then i start to speak up.

As i said, I try to make the server fun for everybody in it. When i literally CANNOT do something at the moment, And they spam admin chat/mics, While other staff members sit there watching, Well, I usually get pretty damn pissed off. But this entire thing isn't about annoyance ALONE. Because apparently that makes you guys pretty damn angry.
I will do my job. I'm just getting tired of some things. But that does NOT mean i will NOT do them at ALL.
I do not WANT to do MASSIVE moderating (Who does? we all want a nice, calm, fun server), But i CAN and usually WILL.
I've seen every one of us get annoyed, But still do our jobs, That's me too.

Admins are usually not "power hungry", Try being one yourself. You'll probably freeslay everyone considering you bitch to us about every kill, which you think is a freekill. You will go crazy seeing everyone complain to you with no proof, just accusations.

Hub probably won't be back, It probably will. I'll go along with the fact it takes a while to code a lot of stuff and that we don't have a lot of money to fund it.

I would totally edit one in, but I can't edit it any more, which may be a problem for future promos/demos. @autumn as to why we can no longer edit our past posts? I also noticed it only happens after a certain amount of time, unless it's just me.

I'm not insulting, nor am I putting blame, I'm simply saying we need motivation for staff to be active.

I'd apply for mod because I'm active in the early morning hours and the middle of the day and enforce the rules as often as a I can, but I know people who think I can't own up to the responsibility, so that's out the window.

If everything fails, I'll be a sub, and I mean everything.

"Aw yissssssss!" exclaimed Martha Tree as her leaves began to fall off from sheer pleasure. Also it was Autumn. Just then, the special, overweight, instrumentally gifted children rushed over to Jonathon tree, matches in their stubby, chubby nail bitten fingers. "Huzzuhh! Poower to tha peeple!" Screamed Simon, the leaders of the notorious gang Fats McGee and the Retard Three. Lighting Jonathon tree on fire, his plan seemed to backfire, as a rogue piece of flaming sap hit him in the eye, blinding Simon for a stupendous 3 days time. It was very inconvenient and his parents later sued the Redwood trees of California, gaining a large networth and starting a washing machine company that still does very well today. Martha tree came as soon as Fats Mcgee and the Retard Three were gone. She stood over her lovers ashes and sobbed, she cried for years to come, until finally she stopped talking. On her death bed, surrounded by her family, she finally spoke, her last words were recorded as "You want some water for that burn?"
