This isn't some "Let's see how far we can toe the line" contest. You constantly push buttons. You constantly receive gags and mutes. You constantly antagonize. Putting my foot down and we're not taking it anymore.
And this isn't some "Oh, he was talking in class and wouldn't be quiet, so we're gonna expel him" kind of issue either. It's more along the lines of constantly harassing and disrespecting the teachers, arguing with them at every given moment, constantly disrupting the lessons, constantly giving the administration shit, and constantly finding ways to break the rules without any consequence. Sure, the kid never gets into a fight and gets suspended for it, but being a constant disruption in a classroom is warrant for arrest. As in, legal arrest. As in, put in the back of a police cruiser and being detained.

well upgrade to premium and keys for a couple are unable to be dropped, and I think giftapults as well...
Oh and some of the promo items (eg. ap-sap or nostromo) can't be dropped either.
But the overwhelming majority *can* drop randomly, but it would be nigh useless trying to find them all because of the frequency of special drops.
Leaked Team Fortress 2 Next-Gen Screenshots
Originally these were from E3 2015, but was scrapped out and replaced with a different game because VALVe thought it was too unstable for showcase. Both Console screenshots are 1920x1080 while the PC version is 4k.

Muted on the Jailbreak server for posting a Lenny face. Said I was spamming, yet I clearly waited 4-5 seconds before posting one and only 1-2 at a time. Says I was disrespecting, I admit I did say he was acting salty and posted a Lenny after it. Lenny means a troll or a joke to you right? That's exactly what it was, admins get "offensive" remarks like that a lot, (I have personal experience on other games) "YOU FUCKING BROKE MANY RULES" as he exactly said, I reentered armory, I "spammed," "disrespected," and gun "gitched,"I admit to gun "gitching"as the server allowed it, (you should really get that fixed), He also pardoned me from when I was "spamming" and said he would come back and ungag me, he came back and ungagged me, I guess he was still there because after a few minutes someone said something worthy of a Lenny and I pasted one in, next thing I know I'm banned from the server. That's when I go back to messaging him (which I have been since the start of the problem) and ask him why, that's when he replies with the whole thing about me gun "glitching," "spamming," and reentering armory. We had a little conservation in the Steam message where he claims to have evidence to go against me. Like pictures, chatlogs, etc. Yet he does have a reason to be upset at me, I am not trying to get pity or help myself in tis issue, but I have been a xG member for almost a month know and I am not as familiar with the rules as he may want me to be. Thank you.
