I request a statement from the CLs stating their decision on Moosty is in no way being influenced by the fact 99% of xG want to get in his pants.

CLs should only be deciding what to do with moosty not the biased bullshit I'm seeing here.

ok so I made the thread to discuss a proposal for something to be done about annoying keybind spam, as you probably know I am selling my inventory and when trying to advertise my sales, they get pushed off screen by keybinds of lenny faces and stuff all the time, it's annoying so I wanted to discuss if something could be done. I don't come to this forum to cause trouble or insult people I come here to talk in the shoutbox, make jokes of #wowdiv and post ideas I have. Also I only have been playing TF2 to sell my inventory recently, regardless of if I don't enjoy the game as much anymore I still play it in small amounts to sell my stuff and have as much fun as I can doing so. I know I sometimes put my opinion of TF2 across directly but thats the kind of person I am and I will try not to do it in the future. Now back to the thread. It was a simple and legitimate thread about a proposal, open to ideas of agreement and disagreement. Moosty came to the thread and posted rudely off topic and mainly about why I am still here which instigated the whole problem. I said in response to Moosty saying keybind spam is fun that I have a different grasp of fun because of my lifestyle difference and spamming lenny and other stuff is not fun. Moosty then proceeded to mock me bringing up my lifestyle all the time in which I replied with the tramp remark. I did not want to fight or cause a problem. I only wanted to discuss something I feel would help the maturity and friendliness of the servers because with the servers being so dead if a new person joins and gets spawn camped with somebody spamming "get rekt" keybinds all the time they will leave and not return. I only wanted to offer my ideas to help the servers regardless of if I left the clan or not. Also what @Forest said makes the most sense as he was the one to deal with the problem first and he speaks the truth about how it all started and progressed. So please if you come to a decision on what to do speak with @Forest .

thats true swift. I can easily get addicted to stuff. I know a previous thread I mentioned my main reason for hating TF2 is my spending habit but to be more honest its more around the community, the games updates and some of the weapons like dead ringer I don't think should be in the game. I guess I just want to see a more mature and friendly community but you can't change how a community is.

exactly why should I bother? why should I bother offering plausible ideas to make the servers more mature and welcoming? if you so insist on wanting to see embarrassing keybinds go ahead. Maybe you should rename the trade servers to something else as well since right now its falsely flagged as a trade server. I have sold 2 things there since I started cashing out and it was to the same god damn guy! You may see me "being salty" on the servers because when I was a mod I was the only person to give a damn about keeping the chat family friendly and keeping the spam at bay, now all I see is discussion of porn and other mature subjects, constant insulting to others and just not a very welcoming place to play at. I can direct you to rules 5,6,7 and 11 from the original general rules thread by Silence. 5. No trolling whatsoever. Verbally attacking a person will get you banned. 6. Keep all language PG- 13 on the servers, forum, and Teamspeak. *You will not be kicked/slayed/banned for cussing. However, if you are doing it excessivly to troll or abuse someone it will have repercussions. 7. Do not bring up or make remarks to political stances, religions, leaders, nations, or touchy subjects. 11. Racism and sexism is frowned upon in our servers, using it excessively or in an insulting manner is not allowed at all. IF a mod or higher warn you to stop (by gagging, muting or simply messaging you) , you must stop. This is the first and only warning you get and it must be in this manner. If you do say something racist or sexist, it must be very minimal and not in an offensive way and if not stopped after a warning, you will be punished severely. The person these comments are directed too and any staff member can at any time state that these are offensive and you must stop immediately. The chat is never PG 13, theres always somebody insulting somebody else, I've seen religious debates which has led to one person being ridiculed for his beliefs, I constantly see the N word thrown around like its nothing regardless of if there is a black person playing the server, I would not blame him for leaving and not returning, I would do the same. I am so sorry I cared for the servers that are quite frankly dying with my oh no amazing idea of trying to keep the chat mature. So sorry I keep coming here trying to partake in discussion and offering ideas even after leaving xG. I don't know why I bother. I suppose I am more loyal than I make out but nobody seems to agree with any ideas I bring up so its no longer my concern what happens to the servers. Quite sick of the immature nature of the whole TF2 community and I can't even get away from it on the only servers I play, the xG ones. It's like an infectious disease that just won't stop infecting every little part of the game I used to love. Perhaps we should just ban spawn camping to make the servers better, oh wait that already worked. so maybe you should read that before you slam your caps lock at me @Moosty because I can guarantee if you were in my shoes you would not have near the forum activity I have nor would you give a damn about the servers on a game you don't enjoy anymore. @Bach @kbrazz may close this and I can say for sure this is the last thread I am making except my upcoming raffle threads. I'm going to bed I have school and don't have time caring for these servers anymore. Edit: Past being tired and in a bad mood the only other games I play with a community are WoW and hko. hko has strict rules and always full of friendly people and no swears, WoW while bad with the occasional guy tends to have a friendly community too. I don't know I just dislike communities full of immature swearing and insulting, I rarely swear myself and just feel out of place in such a place, used to ignore it when I played TF2 a lot but now it really stands out and it's hard to ignore.

sometimes the binds are not used so excessively they break the chat spam rule but it is indeed annoying everytime they kill someone they must announce it to the server. When I was mod I stopped keybind spammers all the time so I really think there should be a rule supporting it for current staff to use.

Everyday I see keybinds being spammed of lenny faces or stupid crap like rekt and it's annoying as hell. so I propose a rule that only keybinds you can use are keybinds advertising trades or services such as brokering. No stupid lenny faces or omg get rekt keybinds. Sick of seeing them, they are cringeworthy. ya or no? if you vote no give a reason why you want to keep chat spam unnecessary annoying immature keybinds. for staff to deal with it a warning to stop using the bind followed by the standard kick and ban protocol.

I'm so glad I quit TF2 and I'm looking forward to Overwatch. It's a newer game with better graphics and a better engine so it's gonna be way better than crappy TF2. My sig is one of the classes. Female classes :p
