    How do you know when you are a member and when you get +1's?

      First, make a member submission, then, people of your division respond with +1 (10 required) -1 (nullifies a +1) https://xenogamers.org/applications/

      I can see you've already made a Member Submission. I suggest posting in it to "bump" it up there. Being active on TS3 or Servers will aid in getting into xG quickly

    Does anyone know how how long it takes for the promoters to promote

      If it's for member, then you have to get 10 +1s, if it's for moderator, then you have to wait for the promotions/demotions to come out, which is normally (about) every other monday. You have higher chances to get mod by applying.
