+1 bullying should never be allowed on our servers

I am all good for a warning but he should just ask for a mod or admin to come on, not go vigilante on people. It is still abuse no matter how justified it is. Maybe we should make donator rules more clear and to the public because some people do not know the limits since there is not clear rules on donator

+1 Active: Llama is an active player on our trading servers especially trade gaming history, I have seen him numerous times and has proved he likes the servers. Maturity: I have not had one problem with him the number of times i have come in contact with him on the servers. He is really nice and is someone i would like to see in Xeno Gamers.

+1 Maturity: Vaporeon is very mature and handles things very well. He can sort out problems and does not tend to argue but if he does it is not in an immature way like "OH MY GAHD YOU R AN FEG XDDDDDD." I personally have not had any problems with him and i feel he should comeback. He was a great mod as well. Activity: He is an active member of the trade servers and even after leaving still plays regularly. I see him on quite often especially in the later portion of the day (eastern time.)

I dont think the staff member -1 closing should happen since if one higher up does not like him but the rest do he can -1 and that application is rip. And also the 15 +1's, are should just be under 16 in general not 15 years of age. If anything it should be like this If you're 16+ You need at least 10 vouches If you're 14 or 15 years of age You need a division leader or a division manager to vouch for you. You need 15 +1s If you're under 14: You need a division leader to vouch for you. You need a division manager to vouch for you. You need an admin and a mod to vouch for you You need at least 20 +1s. How about instead of ratings that people can just bullshit with random numbers we actually have explain why he is mature and good for the clan in like a sentence or too and not just putting "He is a mature player and active on pokemon" but like....: +1 Maturity: "He is very polite to all people and represents everything we need in this community, I have personally not seen a problem except *insert problem*. Active: "He is an active user on the pokemon trade server and plays during the day on weekends. I have seen him on the servers for a good 4 months now and i feel he should be in the clan." Can we please go back to the regular zombie fortress with the perks, people really hate super and are now starting to not comeback, all of the maps are now broken and everything is boring as shit without the perks. Also we should add custom skins to the zombies to add a unique look to ours.

Just hope you know that it is just a game, people will try to get you mad. You broke a big server rule because of this and you are caught in a pickle in a way. As a blu you should have read the MOTD and read the entire list, yes it is lengthy but it is worth knowing before you end up in the situation you are in now. In a couple months you should make another ban protest so we can see that you have improved and that we know you will not mass freekill again and not be a rule breaker. I will be happy to +1 when/if you do so.

1. The main base in certain games that we have divisions in are under the age 17 and mainly around the ages of 13 - 14. This would not be a problem but a lot of the people who play on our servers are younger from what i have observed. If this limit stays, we probably will lose a lot of interest in people even wanting to be member. I could be wrong but that is how i see it going. 2. Age does not really reflect maturity. I do not know why people think that just because someone is 14, they are more immature than a 16 or 17 year old member. I have seen more older members act immature than i have ever seen a 14 year old member. 3. It is extremely unfair to people who have waited. There are a lot of people who have been waiting for quite a while just so they can make a member app when they turn 14. They put in a lot of time on the servers and now we have to turn them away for another 2-3 years just because of there age? Does not seem right to me. Some possible solutions to fix this. 1. How about if a 14/15 year old person makes a member application, they have to get 15 vouches including those from the Division Leader or Division Manager. (Shadowspys idea) 2. If not 15 vouches, how about 20 like former members? It is a lot harder for them to get in so maybe this will work. 3. Have a voting system, Silence was talking about a voting system instead of vouches. Maybe we could try it out and see if it works.
