I think that there should be an age limit but it should not be 16+. It should be lowered to 14 but have to have more vouches then someone 16+. I mean now people cant be staff till they are 16 so why not just lower age for member since age for staff is higher. If not then change it to 15 vouches for anyone 15 years old, 20 vouches for 14 year olds, 10 vouches for 16+. Just my thoughts. Who goes by ESRB ratings anyway :^)

I think we should have auto messages on the tf2 servers as well besides the csay "Go to xenogamers.com blah blah blah" It should be a chat messages saying like "Do !sg to go to our steamgroup" or "Do /servers to see our wide variety of servers."

I truly believe that we should start utilizing our steam group more due to the large amount of people on it and we could attract more people with a steam group then a forum. I have some suggestions to utilize it more. 1. Announce the creation of a new server through the group. Most people do not even know what servers we have since we do not announce them at all. Besides the super secret project on the news the last server announcement we had was when slenderfortress and tf2 ware were made. We should telling people "Hey, we now have a dodgeball server, you should check it out." instead of someone going on the servers list in bans.xenogamers and seeing it which is rare. I see other clans make announcements on small little things with there servers but at least they are making almost everyone aware. 2. Hold populate events every saturday. 10,000+ people in a steam group + a populate for a server of 32 or more = at least 10 people coming on. This can also make people aware of what servers we have and we could have giveaways through the group during populates. 3. Have a mini forums on the discussions. We could have like a backup forums for when the site goes down for an extended period of time. We could still have the important stuff like rules and stickied threads in each respective division category and maybe even a general section. Obviously member submissions and ban requests and stuff would be forced to come here but we should try to get more of the community to voice there opinions not just ones with forum accounts. Other not so important ideas Maybe have some division specific groups like a Xeno Gamers TF2 group and Xeno Gamers Gmod group. This could cause less cluster. Do giveaways on occasion. TL;DR Lets host populates have backup forums there more interaction sub categories for divisions actual announcements for server changes and openings

What it seems to me is that someone was probably getting killed a lot and called you and you just went with word of mouth instead of actually witnessing it.

I am not doing that every god damn time i connect, they should just fix it before people get annoyed with it and leave.

@Flareon has the demo apparently, i personally think you should be unbanned because you have been trying to get back on and if you really do hack you would have just gone to another server. I want to see the demo but if he cant give it then +1 for unban

Theadore has rejected from going to the forums in the past and continues under good circumstances. I say we have someone just steamchat then take a screencap of it.

Theadore has a tendency to retaliate to messages against him and even feeds them but he wont start the trolling. These guys where doing it for giggles and theadore fed them and probably said messages himself.
