Maybe I'm directing it wrong, but whenever I try adding ANY model plugin, I add the models exactly where it says[it's different now due to having the SteamPipe update, directory under /custom/ instead of just /cstrike/] but in game it turns us into ERROR models. Other plugins I'll just work on sooner or later, I had a small hub/store plugin I was trying to code on my old hard drive, but since that hard drive died, and there is no possible way to recover it, that is lost.
