Frame rate pls

Has anyone experienced a drastic drop in their in game fps after patch 4.15 ish?

I've updated all of my drivers, patched my files, defragged my hard drive and shiiiii but my fps always drops to 6 during a teamfight and 13 when it's not very busy.

My six year old laptop can still run a steady 55fps.

I haven't noticed any changes recently but you can always try using the config I use; it helps boost fps but reduces quality #wurf

I get around 100 fps using it
