Shorten Saxton Hale Map Time

I was on Saxton Hale and I've heard some people say that they love the server but it gets repetitive. People don't like leaving and coming back 2 hours later and we are still on the same map. If we could make the map change every 30 minute or 1 hour. Even if people want to change map, it's still rare that we get enough rtv's.

And people aren't aware that RTV can change the map. I barely see any RTV's now a days.

+1 Not only people forget to type rtv sometimes to change the maps, we always seem to end up in the same 3 maps to play on when we get that rare chance
