A Statement to All Current Admins

To all admins aspiring for the position of Division Manager (you know who you are (i think)),

@ABlueSkittle123 and I have summarized what we are looking for in order to better refine the decision making process and to be sure we make the right choice.

From our current admins seeking DM, we hope to see an increase in initiative (this involved taking a more active role in pop events, popping the servers, etc.), and in addition to this, a more in-depth understanding of the rules, as well as going beyond the basic responsibilities of admin on their own accord. Individual staff members have been messaged for additional, more specific instructions on how to improve.

Hopefully this was as short and sweet as intended.
