    Damn, so many people are being Salty here. I don't even believe Flareon's reason for being demoted was valid. I just checked the most recent reason and in fact, someone was hiding information in an attempt to get him in trouble.

    Now that you have more than enough moderators and admins, there should be atleast one on every server and not crowded on a single server sucking off a higher power. Right?

    Is there any specific instance why Flareon got demoted?

    From what I have taken from it, 2 nights ago Flareon gave a punishment that was completely justified,but because information was withheld it looked like Flareon was abusing his powers.Therefore no one actually looked into it and just gave the straight away for this.
