I think we need someone to plan events for the clan and oversee them. Our clan can become a random mess with no helpful notification to announce events, and it's hard to get more than 10 people onto a server other than Minecraft or Jailbreak just by saying we are. This person needs access to the XenoGamers Steam Community group tools to announce and plan events. For those who have not joined the group, join at The XenoGamers Steam Community Group They need to possess the following traits: Fun Creative Good priority Good time planning Communication This could be volunteer work or another rank. They should aim for 3 events a week, that are NOT Minecraft or Jailbreak. They should aim for an approach that can make everyone have fun! They also need to get moderators in that server so there can be appropriate enforcing of rules. Please post any ideas, comments, or if you would like to sign up! I would like to sign up for this if possible :3

There are things that I have heard of but however not seen with my own eye. During the times I play with you on CSS, you are enforcing the rules. I have occasionally heard stories of people complaining, but to me it seems you were following common sense or the MOTD. I do have to agree this thing that happened was immature among all active parties, because it was over a name, and usually the leadership knows best. I just want to put out I can agree with what you do, but some things that can happen can be at times a little less then mature. Sometimes, but rarely.

Thanks for agreeing with me Aegean. So far, this is a way we can keep our subclans that are approved and we can still have fun with them. We can actually represent a group, considering all subclans are xG anyway, there is no point at putting it at the beginning, because this is very confusing and points out that you could be considered an mod or higher to randoms. If we just have the 3, maybe 4 characters at the end of our names, that could make a lot less confusion.

You can also type status into console, look at someone's userid (Not SteamID, the number that represents the player on the server) and type rank [userid] and you can find that players rank and stats!

I really don't understand the problem. When we disrespect each other, everyone knows it is a joke, and no one EVER takes it seriously. Even randoms laugh at it! The subclan thing? I can understand where you are coming from, and I have an ideal solution for subclans. So to not confuse the randoms or other members that obviously can't read forums, here is a solution: Instead of [xG:R], you put [R] at the end of your name Instead of [xG:S] at the beginning, you put at the end. If you are a Mod, Admin, Division Leader, Co-Leader, or Leader, put the appropriate tag at the BEGINNING: [xG:M] [xG:A] [xG:D] [xG:C] [xG:L] If you lead a subclan, for example, [xG:Q] at the beginning, it becomes [Q:L] at the end, meaning you lead, or put [Q!], something to signify you are a leader of it, by emphasizing it. I can understand this can ruin purposes of subclans, but I plenty of people ask me what [xG:V] was, and it was Vegas 2. I got sick of explaining it and everyone confusing it for virgin or vagina or Viagra. If we keep a one lettered tag at the END of our name, it can avoid a lot of confusion. Because there are a lot of stupid and lazy people that are on the Internet. So we have to treat them like handicapped or society treats us like crap.

It's an understandable analogy, but how are we going to be biased if we have an admin and a co-owner with similar names? They are hardly on at the same time. Duckii Jr. uses his mic, and Duckii does not. Duckii and Duckii Jr also have different typing patterns as well. Also they have different tags, I am just trying to get questions answered here, not start a whole unnecessary argument.
