Without CS:S, xG would crumble. xG will continue to die as long as you promote staff that are not as interested in the clan. They're just interested in their rank. That and along with Silence not trusting anyone enough to allow them to actually run a division and have full access. Nothing will get done with Silence attempting to do everything. You need leaders and you have none. No one even cares about the clan anymore.

CS:S will be, and continue to be, the main contributing division if you actually have someone to run its entirety.

Edit: And will continue to crumble when you promote people solely on activity instead of their contributions and what they can bring to the clan. Division Leaders should actually be able to lead their divisions and run them. Teach them if its needed.

Have you ever been on the servers as an admin for 2 years and wondered what it'd be like to mass freekill? I did! Hi PapiChulo here and I'm here to tell you about my mass freekill experience. I could tell you about how the pent-up, annoyed attitude was built but that would take explanation of the years I spent on xG and the months of my time dedicated to it. No, no. I mass freekilled and it felt amazing, but now I want to be unteambanned for I give you my word, sirs, that I shan't do it again. I have educated you guys with the truth about my mass, it was out of the spur of the moment. It was not, in anyway, to attack xG or be like "Fuck you guys" or anything. Its just something I felt like doing. I'm sorry for it guisee but you have nooooooo idea how long I've wanted to do that. 2 years of temptations. I've changed guys give me a second chance ):>

Well, my time here in xG is done. I have had many good times with everyone and it will not be the end of all the relationships I have with you guys (no homo). You guys really are fun people to be around and hopefully this community can bounce back from the recent situations.

As you all have probably noticed, I have had a decrease in activity over the past week simply because I have lost interest in all of this. And I'm fed up with dealing with it all. I felt like it was my obligation to be here and it just wasn't fun. I haven't done this earlier because I felt like I should stay. I thought that I was needed so I could help with the CSS servers and everything but it's just not worth it anymore. I mostly stayed because Aegean seemed to count on me for the CSS servers but as you all know, he is now gone.

The recent situation was kind of a push for me to leave. I confronted everyone who was involved and still in xG and I received completely different stories from all of them. It's disgusting.

Every system will be corrupt, every community will have its corruption in leadership, but its not worth it to deal with all this on a virtual community.

I'm not trying to bash the community or anything. I love all of you and hope for the best for this place.
