for the 13478956198345618927365th time to people, he was given that one warning, about stopping and not doing something as serious as he did, and he did still do it. he was told the consequences, and he would definitely have to suffer them for it this time, yet he still did it.

not that it isn't "avoiding a ban" but they are still in the server, and there is no reason to permanently server ban them for mass freekilling if you still have access to them in server.

But you can. and it has been done. Everyone in the public XenoGamers steam group was banned from HG, because silence was himself and pissed them off. nobody saw that there was a problem with that, and that was on a scale atleast 1,000x bigger than the little group in question here. The reason we got unbanned was because we repaired relationships with them (via gay boy aegean) and got back to a peaceful level with their leadership. The way I see it is that we are not on a peaceful level with the leadership in question here, as they continue to say we are trolls etc. even specifically calling out names of players including myself who they feel have wronged them for taking action against them, when they broke rules, and stopping it via -1ing ban protests etc. To further back group bans, you don't seem to have a problem with us currently having Cyanide [CN-] group banned from all our servers due to what the few people involved in their leadership/community did to us/aegean TL;DR Group Bans are not dumb, or immoral. Group ban should stick, and be updated. Close this thread already, shitfest between newfags and less active kids trying to bash at the ideas to protect players from trolls from oldfags.

There seems to be a lot of this log taken out, as it is halfway down the conversation, and really cut in to get the attitude. the first line in that snippet (again this is already half way down the chat log) is "STA[" which leads me to believe, along with the large amount prior that after being pestered about it for a while he got very angry and said something trolly to get them to shut up and leave him alone. I personally -1 this. The Suicide Threats were real, why he denies them is unknown, he even made NUMEROUS forum posts about the way he was acting after he had finally calmed down, and that at one point during all of them his option he kept thinking of was suicide. He was warned, Silence said specifically that regardless if he is joking or not, if he makes another suicide threat he would be perm'd. People saying he made a suicide threat is different from people having screenshot evidence of it with the current date and time. that was shown and he was decided to be perm'd. I don't think I have that screenshot anymore, because I don't creepily save screencaps of things on my computer, and since then my browser history has been erased to "clean up" my browsing. (YOLO Chrome autofilling shit for me and taking me to 5 pages before i can get what i want.) He had a very "bi-polar" attitude what do I mean by this? He would be chill sometimes, he would be talkative others, and others he would be down right rude obnoxious and trollish, as shown with the numerous (more than I can count on 3 PAIRS of hands) times he has had to be banned from teamspeak for annoying the shit out of players in channels that didn't even know him, because nobody was talking to him elsewhere, or were all in locked rooms he could not get in. He has left and come back many times, almost as though when he could not find somewhere else to take him in after he raged and left for a completely dumb reason, he would fall back to us as "Plan B". You are entitled to your own opinion, but this is mine, in my long time now that I have been a part of this community, I would just like to point out that the person -1ing other than me at time of writing this post is muffin, who created his forum acct. in jan 2012, and myself (forum acct. from end of summer 2011, but had played long before.) the person posting this is a VERY new member to the community, and Zeal who is not OLD but is a couple generations older than OP, but was inactive for a while. and Takibo had a soft spot for duckiijr, and rarely ever goes on the servers, TS, and checks the forums once in a blue moon. he is an old fag, but not active in anything much to know the goings ons.

It's not one ignorant person, and a good chunk of the "members" are people who did cause problems to us in server although not enough to perm them, with this group ban, it does indeed clean the server up from problems. and again those that are group banned that truly don't cause issues, will KNOW to make a ban protest and it will quickly be accepted.
