(biased poll = retard) @Nomulous pls dont ban anyone at all for anything in this post or what this post is about, or take away powers. yes you may be the tf2 DL, and you may be a fellow leader, but the reason co-leader was made in the first place was so silence (and by extension now you) did not have to deal with things like this and instead had someone else close to the community to deal with the issues within it. and that is now passed on to the community leaders. as much as you want to do something, or show that you are doing something within the community other than hiding away and working on super secret plugins ( @Bleed ) let them do what they are made for, just provide some insight into the tf2 community since you are around it more. let them come to a decision, without telling them what you want/think their decision should be, just provide factual recounts of how the users in question are. @Gawd @diabeetus

@Egossi just because it happened previously, and you said sorry does not mean it cannot, and will not affect anything. it's called a record, it works in life for anything. you have a criminal record for any crimes you commit, and in the work place you have a "record card" where they can keep track of all things you do, good or bad. In this case, your "record card" has a lot of negative in it, just because you said sorry does not mean it didn't happen, and just like with criminals, if they are willing to do it 1 time, they may be likely to do it again. for example, if someone is caught stealing, they have theft on their criminal record, while they may get off with a light sentence since they are a first timer, their name is still put in the system and marked for theft, their punishment as well. now at this point there are 2 ways you can go, option 1: the person with theft on their record applies for a job in retail, the employer does a background check as they have a right to, and see that they have a criminal record for theft... from a retail store, they probably aren't gonna hire that guy. option 2: the person steals again, and is caught again. he is given a harsher sentence (potentially up to the limit based on the severity of his theft) since he is not a first timer, it says on his record card he did it before. you're option 1, you trolled before, and in fact you trolled here, if we don't see a substantial change (negative rating anyone who gives an opinion on why they don't think you would do well AT THE MOMENT does not help in any way, sets you back further.) then why should we let you back, when your "criminal record card" says you commited trolling here?

@megarobin like i said, i don't give a fuck about the only 1 channel admin thing. i'd even be willing to edit that out of the rules idgaf. as long as you know the channel owner is the channel owner and has highest authority. My point was with kicking from the server, which we did have that talk about. To put it in perspective since you said that silence has to come and do permissions otherwise you have the free-reign/right to server kick is the equivelant of "i have the powers to smite x/@all so that means i have the right to do it if they are annoying" in css, no that is not the case. you may have the ability but you do not have the right. like i told both of you and others, you kick from the channel and then ask an admin to ban them, if they are truly being a nuisance.

it actually does waste water. because ice is fresh water, aka drinkable. and wasting bag(s) of ice on it does waste since when it evaporates only a small percentage of that will get naturally filtered back into a fresh water source that we can use.

the way it shows in the images he provided, rabid was kicked from the server 2 times, the first at 18:34 and the second at 18:48. that right there is confirmed guaranteed no way around it, abuse of power in teamspeak. unless you are a teamspeak administrator (the few, the proud, or otherwise a dm/dl/cl/silence) then you are in no way shape or form allowed to enact any punishment from the teamspeak server upon anyone. breaking channel rules or not. infact, i just had a talk with he and mega about that (as well as others in the channel such as diabeetus and penguin). kicking from the channel is ok, if he is breaking blacklist/being annoying. that's one thing. if you don't want him to come back for a bit lock the channel if you don't have him on blacklist as well. since the server kicks were abuse of power and something not supposed to be had by channel admins (dunno why it was never taken away) as well as the un-regulated teamspeak channels (i'm guilty of it too) by allowing multiple channel admins instead of just the actual owner, and then mods. the way i see it, is that there should be some re-percussion based on the 2 documented server kicks that were out of hand. as well as maybe looking at regulating the community channels based on the rules, so instances of abuse of powers are not there. (mods can silence people in channels, and that is really all you need if someone is being obnoxious to you at the moment. if you want someone blacklisted then you contact the channel owner). thoughts, comments, concerns? @Forest @ThePenguin @diabeetus @Tsuchikure

I'll do it but not in 24hrs. and i will also donate again when my next check arrives. i will do it in an eco friendly manner, by freezing water from my pool, and then putting it in a bucket of my pool water and pouring it over me while standing in the pool. most water will then be recycled back into the pool from whence it came.
