@@Hidingmaster it was an old thread, and I tried to get it solved in game, but after my explanation is when he called me "a bad troll kid, and always have been" at which point you could tell there was no me getting it solved in game, especially after his immediate resort to a ban, not even a question asked or a slay (witnesses of all sort have attested to this already). which is why it HAD to be made this way. for legitimacy sake, even though I know it was a wrongful ban, I have refrained from using my sourcebans access to unban myself.

the ban was not for me trolling and saying only bleed step out (those were all legit kills because bleed was a CT, and the previous order was out of cell rebel, only people who came out got killed) the ban was because I killed trinindol and speedlimit who trin was facing just over 90 degrees to the right if you were to be facing directly opposite of the cells, which is clearly putting cells in vision, since we all know from experience what it will look like. where as speed (questionable yes, but still not doing the order correctly based on the logically explained rule) was looking about 45-60 degrees to the right.

to continue on with this thread, as this was another recent incident (i just got home from going out to get chinese with the gf) I refreshed the ct ban list, to see any new bans as I usually do and if I need to change any fuck ups (perm ban reason 1440). [MEDIA=imgur]lMuUSzy[/MEDIA] I saw this. the original ban reason states it was for "gunplanting" now i'm not sure about what happened in server, so you will have to hear his testimony on it first, but assuming the ban is valid (he got slayed the first time, and kept doing it after) Why are you then going and reducing your original 1 day ban (the proper ban length, as defined in the CS:GO proper punishments thread that was mutually accepted as a legitimate ban time for both jb servers by the at the time div leaders of myself, nova, (pretty sure it was still poncher, if not then he was co as well, and he approved it as a guide for CS:S as well, it never got moved because we are lazy) and taking it down to a 1 hour ban because you "changed your mind about the ban time"?

Guncheck Freeze*: This is an AFK freeze performed immediately at directly outside cells. Unless stated otherwise it is implied to face AWAY from cells. in this sentence defining a gun check freeze, the word AWAY is used and capitalized, using this sentence we can LOGICALLY INFER that AWAY implies that you are facing the OPPOSITE DIRECTION as described in an explanation i gave speed after he banned me in dead chat. immediately after explained and EVERYONE ELSE DEAD WHO I KILLED WITH A TROLL ORDER (yet not entirely a tarp) was questioning why he banned me and agreed with the explanation I gave. please banerino
