I agree with all of this. Especially 2 and 3. I've had problems where I'm in server and I punish for such and such but didn't do it in such a way that apparently a DM or something had said "had to be done" on some forum thread that I never read. Then because I didn't know this I was getting pissed at just because I never read one article and rules weren't updated or staff wasn't told of updated rules. (I'm planning on writing a comprehensive new MOTD server and forum wide for COs and DLs to look at and, if needed, can use.) Also, the roster gets so outdated I never know who is in or out. And I'm also tired of having little kids on. Age limit definitely needs to be enforced.

I'm going on Christmas break tomorrow which means I'll be leaving my college campus and heading home. I don't have internet capable of running video games back home so the only thing I'll be playing is Minecraft which will crash constantly. My advice Vinyl is, if a mod or admin isn't on or there is only one on with a lot of players, start demoing. Having them in case something happens is always great. If computer space is an issue just erase the latest one as it probably won't be needed if nothing happened. CS:S has quite a lot of mod and admins (most generally inactive but there nonetheless), even then most of us are young adults dealing with school and work so we can't be on all the time (God knows I try :p). So if you notice a distinct lack of rule enforcement and an increase of rule breaking, break out a demo and give it to a high-up or post to forums. It's gonna be your best bet. Cheers.
