If the accused has accumulated a substantial amount of disrespect or harassment, it shouldn't be too difficult to provide a demo (~ > record [name] > stop) or at the very least some picture proof. It's just the way these reports are handled. I strongly suggest recording a demo as it provides both proof as well as the context of whatever is going on, whereas words can simply be twisted in anyone's favor in pictures. I also recommend posting your case in the Member Protest section of our forums before going straight to Ban Request as it will require a lot more evidence if the punishment is to be [in this case] server banned. @@Halfbaked if you would like it to be moved there.

Switch out the word "Mayor" with "Co-Leader" and explains this thread from my perspective. If you two have a problem with each other, why are you even associating with each other? I'm glad Darkwolf removed channel powers from you both, because it's starting to look like you're both too immature to handle it. The solution is simply this; either make up and agree that you both have your differences, or stay the hell out of each other's path. Simple as that. @@Shadow1226 Ganja literally just copy+pasted something that was said earlier, and if what is being said is true [that you thought of it as a joke], why is it now being considered a threat? There is not enough proof provided here to warrant any sort of punishment. @@GanjaMonster Instigating is just as bad as being immature. Alright, I haven't seen any other substantial evidence given as to why the CT ban should be reversed. You're staying CT banned until further notice I strongly suggest [should you choose to post another Ban Protest] that before you post another Ban Protest, you should consider changing your attitude in a way that will both benefit the community as well as the servers. If a change such as that will never be made, then I recommend not posting any further Ban Protests as it will only end in the same closure as your previous ones. This isn't exactly a video production I have, but it does involve a video production. If I'm not mistaken, the production of this short film started four years ago and the trailer itself took eleven days to produce. What are your reactions to this project? It's only going to be a short film, but I seriously wish it was given a lot more funding to be considered for a full-fledged movie. I honestly thought it was a legitimate movie until the actual talking between "actors" came in. Inb4 "Dude, it's like Last of Us".

If Silence already stated that he would not implement this map, then there's your decision. We had substantial problems with that group, and if Silence feels that it is not in his best interests to add a map belonging to them, then it won't happen. I'll be leaving this thread open for another day for those who want to give their input regarding Peppermint's unban seeing as there are members who wish to give their input still. However, I would not get my hopes up as there would have to be an awful lot to persuade me into unbanning Peppermint when his ban was justified both as being given further leniency, as well as being given the opportunity to still actively play on our Servers. The trees have spoken.

Accidental or not, your verdict was that you were to be Server banned, not CT banned. You were given leniency by only being CT banned. The whole idea of this was that you were allowed to be on CT, but were given the slightest amount of leniency if it had anything to do with rules being broken. Meaning, if you decided that you wanted to be CT, you were potentially risking being Server banned for breaking any sort of rules as a CT. Instead of being Server banned, again, you were CT banned. Before posting anything after this Peppermint, I want you to ask yourself this: "Are Accidents planned?"

This will only last for two weeks, in which after that time, we will no longer accept players who are below the age of 14. The only reason players are getting in easily is because Members are failing to provide legitimate information for their vouches, and DMs don't seem to care. Donate 5$ and you get a chance to apply for Moderator. No guarantees though! :loldidntread:

I said that it could be re-opened if a valid reason was presented, not for more vouches. @@DarkWolf6052 you were there during the time this whole ordeal happened. You know just as well as I do that the majority of the Staff Members (as well as yourself and a couple of the Co's) were discussing whether or not Peppermint was to be Server banned at that very time because he had failed to uphold his end of the bargain which was not to slip up at all as a CT [this included general rule breaking]. Needless to say, we showed leniency once again and only kept him permanently CT banned instead of Server banned. When I said a valid reason, I meant a reason as to why this punishment of only being CT banned [when he could have been Server banned] is not justifiable and he should be given yet another chance. So far, all I'm hearing is that he's active. Well that's great and all, but what I want to know is that are you [anyone in general] just +1'ing because you are friends? If he is to be considered for an unban, I want to see the most legitimate and reasonable vouches. If I see people just saying "he's cool" or "he's changed" or "he's active" I will completely disregard them and may end up closing this once more. Reasons must be provided, detailed ones at that. Persuade myself as to why he should be unbanned when he was given further leniency by not being Server banned, and instead being CT banned. Refer to my post Here in regards to the prior ban history of the player in question.
